Super shady business practices here - I read the negative reviews, but knowing that they seem to have the largest supply of tape-in human hair extensions in the area, I decided to give it a try anyway since I was in a time crunch and needed to find something local ASAP for my daughter. I found a couple of packs of hair that would do the job, but there were no price tags. I asked the woman at the register to check the price and she scanned them both, an 18" and 22" pack. In the same brand in the same line, the 18" inch rang up as $49.99, and the 22" rang up with a very different description and at $99.95. I asked the woman at the register if she could double check the price of the 22" pack, because 4 additional inches doesn't usually double the price and the description was off. She came back and said the manager told her that the prices in the system were wrong, and that the 18" were $79.99 and 22" were $120. I was pretty shocked that my questionable $150 purchase had just been raised to $200 after price checking the original prices in the system. I asked to speak with her, and she came up and was insistent that these new prices were correct, with zero apology for the increase or for their apparent error in loading the prices in their POS system. I told her that if I hadn't asked about the 22" price, I could've just paid the amount on the register and been done, and she said no, the woman at the register would have known something was wrong and gotten the manager anyway. Ummm... that's now what was happening. The woman at the register was very gracious about it all, the manager... notsomuch. Next time I'll have to allow more time to order from somewhere else where the prices for the 18" are $40-$60 and the 22" are $60-$80. read more

My experience here was horrible and I advise no one to shop for any hair products here. I purchased a product here and assuming it had everything in it well after driving 26 miles round trip. The manager Heather refused to even look at the product did not offer and exchange nor a refund it was quit alarming to experience this level of poor business ethics and policy's . Cheap and good prices but terrible service, the store clerk tried her hardest to get me to buy the cheap synthetic wigs off the mannequin instead of grabbing a new one from the back. At first I genuinely thought she was just out but when I pointed out a different one for the next price up she said the same as in they are out but walks out with a totally different style and color by the same brand. Be for real, I am not dumb, but for you to try that and not wanting to sell the hair even though its advertised (because most of the time there is signs to let you know its the last one in stock) I really hope you lose service for being choosey because I was willing to pay but not pay for your wigs on display!!! Please please please!!!! Check the prices here!!! (they already don't have a lot marked in the store).They had something on a clearance shelf and still charged me full price for it. Once I went back in to tell them I need $3.00 back they began acting as if I switched it or am trying to steal. Began talking about me and "how could you not see $7.99" when it's NO WHERE ON THE BOTTLE! Then tired to blame other customers for placing it in different locations of the store. Once the notice I was telling the truth they then tired to give me $3.00 back but I then requested the full refund because of the disrespect I was getting from serval employees . The cashier nor the manager knew how to give me a refund (I paid in cash). I prefer if you ordered offline or just went somewhere else. read more

The Asian girl and black lady with the gold teeth tried to fight me when I was telling them they're not closed for another 15min. I went today and on the door is a sign explaining about being fully vaccinated you didn't have to wear a mask. Ive been fully vaccinated since April. The girl that was working comes to me telling me I have to put on a mask. So I ask her "what about the sign?" She says stupidly what sign?" Ok now ive got an attitude. I said im vaccinated. Both shots. Shes like oh. Well I'm just saying. Maybe YOU should read the sign on the door. But thats not the worse part....after that the owner followed me around the store the whole time like I was stealing or something. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT your business. First, I was greeted with a warm welcome and my temperature was checked ( glad they are trying to keep customers safe with Covid-19) . Second, Gloria , one of the assistant was extraordinary. She knew the products well and assisted me with everything . The store a large range of different quality hair products, from wigs to weaves to hair accessories. Tamika and Yolanda were an absolute joy to work with. As soon as I walked in the door they were both incredibly helpful and friendly. Tamika helped me find the right type of Marley hair that I needed for my faux locs and then I perused the aisles. The store is very clean and items are easy to find, and when I had questions about products they were both very knowledgeable. They also take all major credit cards, including American Express, which was a pleasant surprise since other beauty supply stores I've been to don't take my amex. Great selection of products, great customer service, and very inexpensive but very unsafe during COVID. They are jeopardizing their employees' and customers' health. They do take your temperature at the door. The wig helper actually lets you try on wigs yet you sit in a dirty upholstered fabric chair. They have febreeze but no Lysol to be seen. None of the wigs are sanitized between customers trying them, there isn't even hand sanitizer in the try-on area but there is a big jug at a lengthy distance in the front of the store. The wig helper didn't have her mask over her nose and she was not only within 6 feet but touched my hand and my hair at one point. I really wanted to just do it myself but that didn't seem to be an option. Helpful, but really not in a pandemic. She let me carry the wigs myself although there's a sign asking folks not to touch the wigs on display. They do require a new wig cap per wig but then they just put the wigs back up for others to try. No washing, no barbasol, no setting aside for 72 hrs. Very, very unsafe environment. They try, but I don't think they fully understand how the virus spreads. Likely a contributor to the pandemic. Not much ventilation in this space either. I couldn't let myself try a single wig, not worth it. I ran out once I understood how dangerous it was just to be in this space. read more
