I love this store! It's shocking to me that people are considering the clothing to be overpriced because nothing exceeds $100 and everything is so affordable. Competitors like Wish Boutique carry the same items but drive the prices up a ton! Pink's prices are amazing!! The tall employee with the really long blonde hair is the sweetest girl and always helps my daughter shop. My favorite part about Pink's is that when you walk in, everyone is chatting and showing each other the things they try on. Our favorite employee always remembers our names and will consistently ask my daughter how school and volleyball is going. It's a very personal shopping experience that is hard to find at other boutiques now. read more

Knocked off one of my many bookmarks and ventured out to Pinks after work on Monday. Shopping on Monday will make it feel like Friday - I love that. Pinks is located right on University in the middle of a strip mall, a lot of little fun places around that given extra time I will be back to try. As a walked in, in jeans and a casual top, I sometimes can feel out of place in boutique type places. I did not get that at all at Pinks. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. I was so happy to see all the options. The racks are filled with blouses, tops, dresses, skirts, and even some accessories. It took me quite some time to review all the racks, I found one top that really spoke to me. It was a net type fabric that definitely needed a cami underneath and when I said I wanted to try it on the woman immediately grabbed a cami for me to try it on with, that was a nice touch. She also asked for my name, and as I approached the dressing room I noticed my name on a white board on the door. I really liked that, it was a wonderful personal touch. Talking with this woman helping me telling her it was my first time and that I found them on Yelp, she proceeded to tell me about the store. Here's what I know, they have a woman in LA. that buys for the store and they get new pieces every day of the week. Once they sell out of a style or particular item they never restock the item. There is always new and fresh items coming in and you are pretty much guaranteed no one is wearing the exact same thing as you. It's a great feeling to know that you won't see 50 people with the same top. Quality, variety and customer service are top notch here. I will being coming back frequently to check out new arrivals, I recommend you do as well. read more

One of a kind items straight from Los Angeles, who can beat that in Denver! Prices range from $25 and up. I went here looking for a dress not knowing what to expect. When I walked in I was wearing an old (vintage) t-shirt and jeans after I had got off work, not lookin all to dapper, plus it was hot (90 degree) so kinda sweaty. Just walkin in I thought that the cute little boutique girls were going to "Pretty Woman" my derriere, telling me that this place wasn't for girls like me but I got the exact opposite. They were all very nice. The sales girls offered me suggestions on dress that would fit my occasion. Let me try on the one dress I kinda liked. On this occasion I did not find anything for the occasion I was going to but found multiple other dresses that would be great for weddings or day dresses, for reasonable prices. Dresses here are around $35.00 bucks. They have other clothes also some jeans, a few skirts and shirt. They wanted about $25 bucks for a shirt which is a little high but they were nice shirts. I will definitely go back when I have another occasion where I need a cute dress. read more

Really, where can you ever find a boutique that actually has reasonable prices and great customer service? Not many exist, so Pink's is a gem! I walked into the boutique with a friend that is a die hard fan. She insisted that the prices were reasonable but I still had reservations. We walked in and entered a nicely lit boutique, smaller in size with racks of clothes flanking both sides and tables in the middle displaying scarves and shirts. The two dressing rooms are in the back across from the checkout stand that houses all the beautiful jewelry. We were not immediately accosted by the sales people when we came in, 10 points there. They said hello as we entered and then let us have a look around. It wasn't until we were actually ohhhing and aaahing over particular items that they came and asked if they could help. At that point I had 6 items to try on, all under $50! They started me a fitting room, 10 more points for not throwing in a ton of extra items that they "just thought I might like to try" based on my previous selections. And another 10 points for when I walked out and the saleswoman actually recommended a different item that would flatter my shape more so than the one I had on. I walked out with a great dress for $42 and a nice pair of earrings for $20. I am planning on going back for some smaller Christmas presents soon. Highlight of the store though? They have the most incredible under shirts (tanks and long sleeves) that I have ever found. They're slimming, soft and really good quality, at a really great price. I plan on going back for the tanks, one in each color of course. All in all, this place is a winner and I will be back. read more

Stopped into Pinks to take a peek since i had heard quite a bit about them. Unfortunately my 1st experience was not very good. Although there were 2 sales people chatting away neither of them so much as said hello. Now I love a place where sales people don't bug the mess out of you but a simple hello is a MUST. It took a few minutes and at that point I was really uncomfortable so I said "Hello". One said Hi and the other said nothing. That was the end of my browsing at Pinks. They had a couple of cute pieces although the sizes are very limited but I was very disappointed by my 1st impression so I did not buy a thing. I am not going to read anything into why a greeting wasn't necessary however 2 other women walked in a few minutes after me and received a hello immediately. Go figure! read more

I agree that the selection is a bit lacking but the style and customer service are to die for. I was looking for a necklace that they didn't have in stock but the manager said they would be getting a shipment in in a few days. I left my number and she actually called when they came in! (I've inquired a few other places that carry the brand and never heard back.) On my first trip I spotted a very cute and unique sweater dress that was less than $50. They had it in every size and I bought it on the spot. I'm very happy I did because when I went in a few days later there was no sign of them. I love the vibe of the store that its super comfy, everything is great for layering, and the items are all just wonderfully picked !! My only complaint is they do not always have my size in denim. But i am kind of tiny for my age, so i just have to adjust. But either way, the staff are lovely, the store is simplistic, and organized, and in a great location. I was worried that it would be crazy expensive because of it's boutique storefront in the Bonnie Brae area, however my credit card and I were pleasantly surprised! Though it's a small store they always have new clothes in, and a phenom selection of jewelry. It's kind of a classy, comfortable, funky style all wrapped up into a cute li'l pink package. I'm pretty picky with what I wear, but last time I went in I told the sales girl the occasion I was shopping for, and she picked out a bunch of items that were exactly spot on. They give you an honest opinion, which I value more than someone sucking up to me just to make a sale. Heck, I even shrunk my roommate's fave shirt from here, and though they didn't have a replacement she steamed it out for me and it was good as new! WIN. read more

I needed a cute, unique and inexpensive dress for an event this weekend. After searching Yelp for a boutique I stopped in the store Tuesday after work. The saleswomen greeted me right away, asked me what I was looking for and helped me pick out a few things. I ended up buying three dresses, each approximately $40 (that's full price!), and one of the dresses was an item that the saleswoman picked out for me. I never would have even thought to try it on, but her advice was great and now my wardrobe is a bit more diverse. Don't be fooled by the "straight from L.A." tagline...they brought all the good style from Los Angeles and none of the trash (no offense L.A., I love you anyway!). This is exactly what I want in a boutique. They get new shipments every day, so I'll be back often. The only drawback is the hours: they are open until 6:00 on weekdays. But I love Pink's so I'll be booking it down University Blvd immediately after work many times in the future. read more

I usually love shopping at Pink's but went in to exchange an item and the sales girls were really rude and not very helpful. I'm really disappointed. I went in excited to exchange my dress for a different item in the store but instead left feeling very discouraged. I won't be going back anytime soon. I didn't have my receipt but the tag was still on the dress so I asked if I could exchange it without the receipt but they both looked confused. The girl told me that they needed to know the date in which it was purchased in order to do an exchange, so I said I bought it just last Saturday...her response was, "Oh well we don't date our receipts, so there's no way for us to know." Best part about this, is the fact that they were the ones who helped me buy it in the first place. I just kind of laughed and walked out. I've been a loyal customer up until now. Speaking as a business major, that's pretty bad bookkeeping practices if you don't date your receipts. There was also no one in there, so clearly they were just being lazy. Moral of the story...save your receipts! I told my girlfriends and they've had similar experiences. Pretty disappointing. I think I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Shopped here for the first time Jan 26th and spent $187.00. Had such a great experience, friendly staff and very accommodating. Came back 5 days later and purchased $80 worth of accessories. Actually 1 necklace ( which I thought was a little over priced but wanted to support my neighborhood boutique) The staff was great again. I even referred the buyer the to my friend that owns a well known clothing company out of CA where I'm from. I wanted this store to continue to do well since its in walking distance from my home. Went in today Feb 17th to exchange a couple tops that didn't fit well. Wasn't looking for my money back. She said I couldn't return or exchange because it has been more than 10 days. She didn't care that I just spent over $200 in less than a week. I said you have the same tops still on the rack so what's the big deal. I would understand if I was trying to exchange a sweater in July! She didn't care. Last time I go into that store. Such a bummer! read more

I'm clearly not the target audience but my trip to Pinks was a little weird. So I went in knowing I was going to buy a gift and that she would probably want to return it. Great, because of the holidays they have a longer exchange period- January 4th (one month). That's longer than usual? Ok, fine. She really likes this store and the clothes are cute. Much more reasonably priced than I had guessed. So thumbs up on the options. The staff was a little, how can I put this?, pushy. I had 3 different people showing me things, I never got the chance to actually look around, it was a little terrifying. Having worked retail, let me give you a hint, don't scare the customer. Let them browse and occasionally make a suggestion, give them a second to look. I honestly just picked two things they suggested and got out as fast as I could. Its a small store with a hyper staff so if you get claustrophobic it isn't recommended but go on a week day, maybe after some sleepy time tea and you'll find something cute. read more

This boutique was a pleasant surprise! After some window shopping, I stepped in expecting high prices and semi-fashionable clothes. What I found was very reasonably priced clothes, great sales, really cute jewelry, and very helpful sales assistants. Clothing consists mostly of tops, pants, jeans, coats, and dresses. Trendy but wearable outfits too. The sales associate gently offered some suggestions which I found helpful without being pushy. I found 2 cute tops that I can wear both casually and to work for $58. For a boutique I think this is pretty fabulous! Though the shop is small there is a good variety of styles and colors. While dressing room space is limited (only 2 stalls) I was able to use the bathroom to try clothes on. And I got a really cute bag to take my stuff home in. I will definitely be back! read more

NO RETURNS! This store won't take items back even if they were purchased same day, in the same bag, with the receipt. I found a dress at another store for a special occasion that I loved. Pinks wouldn't take a dress that I bought 3 hours ago, back. I ended up returning the dress I loved and being stuck with a dress I now hate because of the experience. I expect this type of policy from cheap stores, not a store I've been loyal to for 2 years, making purchase at least once a month. I won't be going back. Inspyre carries a lot of the same brands, and they offer a full refund policy because they want their customers to be satisfied. I'll spend my money there. read more

I LOVE PINK'S! I live in New Orleans but I always come here first when I get back to Denver. The sales girls are over-the-top helpful when it comes to recommendations and sizes. Sometimes I just stare at their suggestions like, "Come on...that's so ugly" or "That'll never fit me" but 95% of the time, I end up buying something that I initially scoffed at. And the price--sure, some of the stuff doesn't last, but if you treat it well, you can get a lot of wear and a lot of clothes for a tiny price. I stopped in to buy some t-shirts before I embarked on a high-end jeans hunt at Saks, and ending up buying 3 pairs for under $200...how is this possible? Pink's has been open for a month now in a small location on University. They have trendy LA style clothes that are reasonably affordable. The boutique is gaining fame among Denver's fashion circles as clothing from Pink's was featured in the Rocky Mountain News' St Patrick's Day fashion spread. The selection isn't huge and they don't have every item in every size. The displays against the wall aren't conducive to But if you're looking for that special unique something it's definitely worth a look. read more

I've driven by this place many times and finally decided to stop in yesterday. This place has a lot of potential, especially considering that I feel Denver is somewhat lacking in the awesome boutique department. They had some cute stuff, however, I was extremely turned off by the double-teaming of sales girls who stalked me throughout the store. When I shop, I want to do so in peace. I know what I like, what looks good on me, and what I'm willing to spend. Please do not shove ugly tops down my throat that I would never actually wear. I purposely didn't buy anything here because I found it very frustrating. I would have come back here again if it weren't for the salesgirls. It didn't feel friendly and helpful- it felt like "My boss says I have to pick stuff out for you so we sell more." Not classy. read more

I have been a customer for a while now and enjoyed their clothing. However, they do not stand by their clothing if something goes wrong. I bought a jacket recently and wore it twice. The instructions said to hand wash, which I did, and the black color bled onto the white fabric. I went back to the store and talked to the manager. She was very rude and said it wasn't the store's fault. I asked if she could call the manufacturer and she said no. I asked if she could talk to the owner and the manager said the owner wouldn't do anything either. She wouldn't even give me store credit. They have lost me as a customer, as well as my girlfriends, who also shopped there. They have lost many customers over a $55 jacket. read more

The clothes are age appropriate for me (27) but still have that fun, unique flare. This is a great store. I find that sometimes the staff that work there can occasionally be cold, but as a general rule they are very friendly and helpful. The store has a great selection that is constantly changing. i think that the prices are fair, not too over priced, and their selection is great. I am sad because I just moved from Denver down to the Springs, and I haven't been able to find anything comparable!
