Do not book UHauls with Vivian! She was 45 minutes late from my pick up time. I called her at the time of pickup and she said she had a flat tire but that she had just gotten it fixed at discount tire and was on her way, eta 15 minutes. I was upset but said fine and told her if she could call me when she arrives as I live very near the store and it takes me a minute to get there. 30 minutes pass, I call her and she doesn't answer me. I go to the store and she is there with a couple and she makes me wait as she shows them to their uhaul. She comes back and asks how I am and I'm dad and I told her we were passed. We have a small party decorating business and we needed the UHual to transport the decorations and were now running late. She juat kept saying she was sorry but that it was not her fault and that we could have done self service. I told her she never said I could do self service. Not once when we first booked or when she was running late did she ever mention self service. The trucks have a chain with a lock, I did not know the code. Im upset and I tell her why she never mentioned that when she knew I needed the truck. She says she thought i knew. She then tells me to go close the door SHE left open, my dad immediately tells her no that we do not work for her and that we would just like the truck if she could just finish the check out. She then gets upset and says we are being mean and that she can easily transfer us to another location. I tell her we are mad because she was late and did not offer any solutions in the moment and now is not giving us the keys only complaining that it wasnt her fault. My dad and I are just tired of arguing and are telling her to just give us the keys . She then calls Uhual and transfers us to a new location without telling us where we were now supposed to pick it up. So she wasted 1.5 hours of our time when she could have just been professional and been on time or given us the option to do self check out. Instead she juat kept complaining about us being rightfully upset and trying to order us around. read more

I was on this side of town for a doctors appointment, I always go to the Dunkin' Donuts in this parking lot. I noticed a new store in place of the dollar store that previously was there. I love stores like that, so I decided to stop in before leaving back home. Vivian who owns the store was super friendly! She was fun to talk to, great energy you just feel welcomed when walking in. Just left A1. First time visitor I was just wasting time in the area before an appointment. The store is so clean, they have lots of great quality items and some name brand stuff. Pro clubs white & black for $8.99 My husbands never paid less that $12 for them so that's a great price. I met the owner she is super sweet, friendly and has great customer service. Had some time to roam around before an appointment and was glad I did. This family owned store lifted my spirit up they had some pretty cool and unique stuff to choose from. I was mainly amused by the cosmetic section in the front which then led to having a productive conversation with the two gals working that day. Ah-mazing. Seriously we needed a uhaul and she worked so hard to help us get what we needed. Even called corporate. Genuinely a nice person. I've never wrote a yelp review until right now but she was just wonderful. Talked to every customer and was friendly ND the store has so many options.
