He was there at 2:20! He gave me an estimate over the phone, which I verbally approved. When I got home at 4:15, the door was repaired and he had a new remote control for me. He showed me what he did to repair it. I paid with my Visa the exact amount he quoted me, and he drove away. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. The phone was answered by a real person who exhibited kindness and professionalism. She told me the technician's name, and I could see his photo on the website. They do background checks and drug testing of their employees. The technician was early, in uniform, and very professional. I am very pleased.

Chris said he could stop and take a look the next morning. He showed up when he said he would and quickly inspected it. Said he could adjust it on-the-spot and we were so glad. He then said not to get too happy because #1 had a broken spring! I couldn't believe I had not noticed it before but there it was - in TWO pieces. He said he may have a set of springs on the truck - he would check. Sure enough. Our lucky day - he had a set with him. He installed a new set of springs for door #1 and tightened up a number of screws, adjusted some other brackets, etc. , on all three doors. He also sprayed a lubricating treatment on all moving pieces on all doors. All three doors are now running quiet and smooth. We cannot believe our good luck picking GDM off the list on-line. Trey came over and was on time, friendly and professional. I explained my problem and it wasn't what I thought it was. Trey opened and closed my door several times and pinpointed the area that was messed up. He asked for a hammer and after straightening out one of the panels it was perfect!!!!
