I suppose it's because most of their clientele are professional landscapers. I am a homeowner and do my yardwork on the weekends. I have sometimes had to wait for over a week during the height of the busy season, but they pick up my mower and return it (I don't have any way to take it to them) and the occasional wait is absolutely worth it when you have a vendor who is dependable, honest, and gives great service.

The gentleman told me to call AMPM , because his company and AMPM was the only ethical roadside companies within 25 miles of my location. I called them and they immediately picked up and dispatched a mechanic to my location. The mechanic immediately located the problem, left the scene, went to Freightliner, paid for the part, installed it, all without accepting a deposit. I appreciate businesses like that. I expected at least a $2000 bill, but it was well below half of that. My truck is running and I am grateful for AMPM. Keep up the good work guys, us truckers need honest shops like yours.

The owner lied stating I'd get a return call on a completion that never happened. After nearly a month, I decided to just go and pick my weed eater up. It looked just like it did when it was dropped off!! As a Christian I usually not outspoken, but this ordeal is unacceptable and disgraceful. I' had high expectations that wasn't close to being met.
