It was late, we were stuck in a parking garage at 10 PM with no tools, and we trusted their guidance. The mechanic started service around 4 or 5 PM and we didn't leave until 1 AM. We were charged $681 total, including $165 for a diagnostic and the cost/labor for two batteries. The mechanic mentioned we could replace the batteries ourselves to save money, but that really wasn't realistic given the situation we were in. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. For hours, there was no clear diagnostic explanation, and it wasn't until after the batteries were replaced around 10 PM that we were told the issue might be related to a computer system failure. This was not mentioned at all before we replaced the batteries, which made it feel like we were going in circles. After everything was done, we still didn't have a working car, and we were left without any real answers or codes to understand the problem. Eventually, we had to tow the car to Pep Boys, where they diagnosed and fixed the issue for just $177. We feel that this mobile service could've been more transparent and provided clearer communication throughout the process. Given the high cost and lack of results, I'm sharing this review to help others avoid the same frustrating experience. Be sure to ask for clear, up-front diagnostic information and pricing before agreeing to any services

When I came to get my car she was very rude after she threw the invoice there was no explanation of it and she told me I could leave. Afterwards when I mentioned that I was not pleased how she was talking to me she began banging on the table and screaming at me. We had a back and forth and then she came from behind the counter charging at me. Her father and brother had to hold her back then proceeded to say they were going to call the police on me when she was the aggressor. WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had & to top it off my tires were flattened although it was never listed in the invoice and they were two new tires!!!! This is a business I would never recommend to anyone with good intentions.

Brandy LIED & told my warranty that I hit a curb. She was already flustered and moving at a pace where she fucked up and misheard me. She called me back stating that the warranty wouldn't cover it because "I did the damage" I simply asked her to call the warranty company saying she misheard me, due to the fact that I DID NOT HIT A CURB. I SAID TO BRANDY OVER THE PHONE THAT I WENT AROUND A CURVE AND LOST CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE. She then proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to call them and that she wasn't going to lie for me. I NEVER TOLD HER TO LIE. I TOLD HER TO AT LEAST CORRECT HERSELF FOR SAYING THE INCORRECT INFORMATION. She told me to deal with my warranty on my own and hung up on my face. She needs to slow down and really listen to customers instead of hurrying off the phone. They found the issue, but I decided not to move forward with the repair at that time. Instead of simply billing me for the diagnostic, they wrote rude personal comments about me directly on my invoice, claiming I was "hard to deal with" and saying they "will no longer do business" with me. That's completely unprofessional and unnecessary. All I did was ask questions and decide to delay repairs, which is a customer's right. If this is how they treat customers, imagine how careless they are with your car. They clearly don't value respect, honesty, or professionalism. Spend your money somewhere that actually deserves it.
