They are great at recommending products and accessories and are a useful resource for help if you're having issues with your vape. They have an extensive selection of juices and are always stocking the newest versions of vape accessories. During the pandemic, they implemented easy-to-use online ordering and free local delivery. I've used the local delivery a few times and it has always been a speedy and pleasant experience. Their prices are a bit higher than you might find at an online retailer, but getting their knowledge and helpfulness is worth the cost!

They are constantly out of stock on things that people would actually want to buy. Always told "come back Wednesday". Employees don't seem too awful which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
