The young guy who "opens" in the morning is always late, has very poor communication skills and is rude to customers, including myself; barely has a clue on how to put a whole sentence together or greet people, and always says "huh"? instead of "excuse me". Some basic course in etiquette and customer service might do this business a whole lot of good, and it wouldn't be a bad idea to open during the posted business hours instead of 15-20 or 30 minutes later, which has happened on three occasions now.
