Upon receiving the photos they looked nothing like what he and I agreed that he would take and was sent hours almost 2 hours after the appointment was completed when I requested for them to be sent immediately. As I tried to inform him that the photos that he sent were not sufficient he proceeded to interrupt me and tell me how he did what he was supposed to do. He finally interrupted me and told me that he was going to go get the lockbox and that I can take it and shove it up my (explicit word). Not only did he take the lockbox but he took the key in the lockbox.
