Noticeable paint chipping off building after 2 coats and employee was heard to be saying that "they" meaning tenants and or landlord were picking paint off around windows. No proper direction given to employee from owner of company. No communication given to landlord when they were showing up. This company is unsat. Tons of pictures have been taken. We have Anderson windows but they were installed when the house was built in 1987. Some were ok, some needed some work and some needed to be replaced. Seals, caulking, rebuild a sliding glass doors, all new interior handles and 3 windows were too far gone so they were replaced with new construction windows. The good stuff: They are an Anderson window distributor and installer. They know these windows and know how to work on them. And they are a very friendly group to work with. They did excellent work and the windows and sliding glass doors all work like new. The not-so-good. They don't communicate at all. I had to call and call to get any information, even if they planned to show up to work! In spite of the communication issue, I'd certainly use them to work on any Anderson windows.

Reynolds Plumbing sent Jim and Sam over to check out the problem. They arrived when they said they would. They were very friendly.
