And, let's be honest, someone who wouldn't horribly overcharge me because it was after midnight. I found RML, they had good reviews, we're not too far away and so I called. Joey answered and said he could be there in 15 minutes (he was wrapping up a job downtown). He arrived when he said he would and was able to get the deadbolt in the garage open. I have also been wanting to change the locks (being a new home) and Joey came by the next day and got me take care of. Joey was very professional and I felt his costs were extremely reasonable. He was also very easy to communicate with. I hope to never lock myself out again, but if I do, or need locks replaced, RML is where I'll take my business!
