HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Would NEVER use again...HE'S A CROOK, THIEF AND A LIAR!! HE DOES NOT DESERVE A NEGATIVE ONE STAR!! DO NOT EVER USE!! HE WAS HIRED TO INSTALL HARDWOOD FLOORS AND DRYWALL!! The installer told him (him being FRANK, also goes by FOUAD) that I purchased the wrong type of wood to be installed on top of a basement concrete floor. He told the installer to just install it and get the money!! The installer called multiple times and each time was told to just install it and that I wouldn't know the difference!! Just get the money!! Funny, the first thing I said was, "THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!" NOTE: The wood could've been exchanged for the correct materials and the install could've been rescheduled! It's extremely frustrating and sad that Frank or Fouad has no morals or values and that he's okay with himself for STEALING from people who work hard for their money!! So he's stolen my 50% deposit and the materials I purchased ($4+k) which has to be bought again!! This is not a good company!! By the way, I found the company using HomeAdvisor who vetted them. NEVER USE!!! Grrr...had to give 1 star to post....not deserving of a (-1) negative star!! read more
