This company is dishonest with its clients. After about a year and a half, they settled my debts with 40%, 50%, and 70% forgiveness, but they have done nothing to clear my credit history even after three and a half years, despite the fact that I have paid all their fees. To even get a hold of her, I had to call from different phone numbers using various names because they had blocked my number. Their team is unprofessional and highly disorganized. Our credit status remains uncertain, and every month, an employee sends an email claiming they are still following up. This is how the company is to be ran, so I agreed to the 2500 thinking that my credit will be fixed, a couple of days later. He sends me a text message stating that I need to sign onto some website and I have to pay another fee of $23 every month for this service , so I asked why is this not part of the 2500 that I am now being quoted? I did not get an answer. as I request for a refund of my $400, he stated that he needed my bank account information and then I intern stated that we went through Zell when you initially took my payment. so why can't I have my payment the same way that I giving you the payment and this young man goes by saying that oh this is policy and my accountant will need to know how to do their books I stay I'm not comfortable with giving my bank information to you and that can you please just Zelle me the money the same way that I giving you so he gives me this long list and tells me that I can do it by mail but it's going to take for certified mail 90 days for me to receive a certified mailed check my recommendations will be to go somewhere else.
