Dealing with Ahron at Af Recycling was one of the worst experiences we have had as a business. We…read morewere working with AF Recycling to get a 20 yard dumpster and five recycling tote bins. The dumpster was as promised but the roller bins turned out to be five 8 yard dumpsters. When the 8 yard dumpsters showed up we immediately called the owner and he told us that they don't have recycling tote bins in Miami, so he got these for us instead. We said we didn't have a need for them and wished he would have told us beforehand that they didn't have tote bins and not just delivered these. Not having the 96 gallon recycling totes was a lie, as the company that AF contracted with to get the 8 yard dumpsters said they did have them. We asked AF to return them and he said if we didn't use them we would not be charged for them, so we said OK and we would use two just so it wasn't a total bust. So, now we get a bill for $2125 for the 8 yard dumpsters and the 20 yard and AF won't budge, saying they wouldn't remove them until we paid that. We told them we were more than happy to pay for the 20 yard and the two 8 yards that we agreed upon, but I'm not willing to pay for the rest. Even when I've asked for the credit card payment form, he wouldn't email it and only provided me a account number and routing number to deposit the amount into. Ahron finally agreed to take payment for the 20 yard dumpster and picked it up. The problem was the remaining 8 yard dumpsters were still on site. During a phone call Ahron agreed to pay half the amount for the remaining dumpsters and 5 days later no action. After calling him on it he said he would we had to pay the full amount and he never agreed to anything of the sort. Do not do business with AF Recycling if you value honesty, reliability, responsiveness and receiving what you asked for.
