A little hard to find...they need a map included because Google Maps and Waze App, both take you to the wrong location. Luckily I called and they picked up to get me to their entrance (the only way to their building is off if Johnson Street and just west of Somerset Academy). But other than that, the staff was courteous, professional and very helpful. They provide excellent information security destroying my old bank and IRS documents. read more

Do you suffer from occasionally hoarding documents such as mail or confidential information? Well, I do (sometimes). While I was cleaning out my home office I started to notice how much paper work I had never gotten rid of. If your like me, anything with bank account information, social, date of birth, or just ANYTHING that I feel can be utilized for identity fraud.... you feel the need to either hold onto the paperwork until it either burned or shredded! I hit the point where I had too much to handle and needed to find a way of getting rid of it. I was contemplating burning it or shredding it myself but found the task to be to much. After searching, I found shred monkeys, I called them up and was quoted a GREAT and FAIR price. I immediately was given an appointment and a confirmation email. I didn't really know what to expect, but the next day a huge yellow truck showed up on my street and in front of my house and two guys came up with a garbage container (think of the one that your city gives you to put your own garbage in for the garbage truck). The policy is that you pay for each time the container needs to be filled (I only needed one time). The guys then take the container, connect it to the truck, the truck flips the contents into it and it begins to shred everything right in front of you! That's it. Afterwards, you can pay the guys directly or you can call the company back and pay by credit card (which is what I did). I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone who needs things shredded either for personal or business use. read more

This was by far the worst service our office has ever experienced. When making the appointment, we were NOT told about the extra charges or the fact that they do not shred the cardboard boxes that contain the papers. So, apart from getting charged an obscene amount of money, the job could not even be finished and we were left with over 50 empty cardboard boxes that we didn't know what to do with. The truck driver was very uncooperative and even lied to us about the amount of extra boxes that were there. At one point, he claimed we had 120 boxes, and after we doubted him, then he lowered it to 80. It was such an unprofessional joke. Never again and never recommended. read more

I've been wanting to do this for over a year. When I called and found out how much it cost I thought the price was very reasonable. I scheduled the pick up in the driver showed up in the morning. He called 15 minutes before he arrived. This is so convenient and I feel much better having watched my old papers being destroyed right in front of me. I would never think of taking my documents of leaving them someplace so that they could be picked up at a later date. That doesn't make me feel secure.
