I asked for a Velcro or a zipper. I got the doll. They literally just cut a hole didn't even fix the fringe. They glued two pieces of Velcro in the back and put a piece of cloth over it when you open the pocket the Velcro rips off so I had to spend 30 minutes trying to sew them on so they would be there. And they charge me $35 for something I could've done at Michael's for four dollars and probably turned out better. And they also cleared the message on the heart which required me to re-record it.

I went with Emily's suggestions on what to change, but it seems she had other projects that became more important. The material was never cut and sewn, just bunched together and sewn and done so poorly. Thankfully I found another seamstress, but this should have never happened.
