The price was a good value time was a little slow, but that's just the survey in business in Central part of Florida they're very busy so you can't hold it against him.

Myer Surveying told me, "no problem." They never indicated to me that my request was regarded as special instructions, nor did they write on their "work order" my request under the space provided for "special instructions." Seven weeks later, they entered onto my property without notice and did surveying, and later said that they had allegedly called me and left messages on my voice-mail, which they did not do. I received no missed call alerts, or voice-mail messages. The service was of no benefit to me, since I needed to resolve a conflict with the Long Survey with three prior surveys. Mr. Myer was not able to answer the simple question, "Did you do what I asked?" He was unwilling to work with me on a solution, and never acknowledged any wrong-doing by his employees. I asked him to keep all communications in writing, and yet he still came to my home and demanded that I meet him face to face at my door step. He would later do a survey at no charge for my neighbor, to assist them in a lawsuit I was about to file against them for removing and disposing of my fence in secret, as retribution for his not getting paid the balance he feels he is entitled. Why cannot he acknowledge that his employees failed to make note of my request, and that they are responsible for the error?

When I decided to put my own house on the market a few months ago, I remembered Shoreline Realty from the name on the side of Matthew's pick-up truck, looked him up, and reached out. We met at my home soon after to get acquainted, have Matthew get a look at the house, and voice our thoughts on appropriate updates/repairs, the asking price, for getting it on the market, etc. With Matthew's guidance and assistance in facilitating preparations, the house was listed on April 20th, had six showings, and had two solid offers within a week. In the interim, I've come to know Matthew as a high-energy person of integrity, with a wealth of local knowledge and resources who grew up in the area and is finely tuned to the local real estate markets. He's reliable, intelligent yet relatable, driven yet chill, and knows how to market properties to the best advantage for both buyers and sellers. His appreciation and knowledge of older homes such as mine, as well as his knowledge of how houses of all eras are put together (and his sense of humor), is a bonus. If you are looking for a real estate agent in Volusia County who's willing to put in the work and go the extra mile, I enthusiastically recommend Matthew McLean of Shoreline Realty.
