Called these guys for a gate 11'6" wide. There was a mis communication on the height of the fence and it had to be re done. i signed the contract but did not look at the height of the fence on the contract because I assumed it was 48". They brought a 42" gate. i contacted "Joe" the G.M. and spoke to him about it. I said I felt bad because I signed the contract and did not see the height. I felt the whole thing was on me. Joe was very professional and they went ahead and took the 42" gate back and made me a 48" gate. This company bent over backwards for me and I appreciate it so much. i added $100.00 to the balance owed because I felt it was the right thing to do. We had 2 style fences put in the first was a black chain link that they did an acceptable job on, although the gate had issues opening because of a stump that was not removed correctly. The 2nd fence, a wood shadow box style was poorly done. The entire length was uneven and sloppily done. Some ends and panels were higher than others and the slats differed in spacing. AAA was within budget and their responses were ok but the overall workmanship is not good. read more

So I am getting quotes and have a tight schedule. I reached out to area Fence providers and received a call for Kelly the estimator with AAA to come out 071524.This is a Monday. She was to be here at 11 am. At 11:44 est am I was called and this is a brief and exact transcript of this call experience. 1 - Told that the appointment was Tuesday from 9-11 am 11-16 and I must have been mistaken. My days off are Sun-Monday and the appointment scheduler stated Kelly would be here at 11am 071524 2 - When they called ne 071524 - They stated the appointment was for 9-11 am 071624 and that would have been an impossible time-So I must have been mistaken even though I could not physically have been present for the Tuesday appointment-X #1 3 - Lastly I proposed another time a full week out on Monday 07222024 as I again would be off work and I was told that the office cannot accommodate because of meetings. (Company 1st and Customer Last) My take is that they must have to much business and that customers are low on the need scale. I will be using 1 of the 9 other companies estimating all week. They couldn't find my quote and said they would have to call some other office to get it. No reply. It was a simple job. Pretty obvious they could care less about your business. I loved their responsiveness at first but once the work started, the headaches did too. There were miscommunications that should have been discussed when we first met with their rep. But the biggest issue is that at both my house and my moms, they cut through the sprinkler and no one bothered to tell us. When the grass started to die, we found out. Called AAA Fencing in 2019, they came out to measure for a garden fence. No estimate was given, never heard from them again. After Hurricane Milton, I gave them another shot. They stood me up. I contacted them to learn if they were still coming and they said they would "fit me in" that day. They stood me up once again. Yesterday, on the FB page "What's Shady in Daytona" I offered my honest opinion of this company after someone posted that they needed fence repair. What did I get? Attacked by a AAA sales rep named Ken Spears who let his mouth do what his hands can't. He called me a liar, accused me of posting from a "fake account", and other nonsense instead of just taking responsibility or maybe apologizing for his company wasting my time. Nope, Ken went on the attack, tried to get others FB users involved, then deleted all his comments. So he must have gotten an earful from the owner of the company, or he realized that they DID stand me up multiple times just like I said they had. Still no apology. Avoid this company. read more

Where do I start and by the way I never used them. But they deserve the one star due to the fact they quoted me almost double for a small fence job. Why they deserve the one star and not use them unless you feel like paying 3X what a fence job should cost. It took a week to have someone come out and have Sls person give a bid that could have been done over the phone. How basic is it I need 35 ft of galvanized fence simple job 35 x 4' at $12.00 a linear ft = $420.00 yes no problem we will be out there next week and I was willing to pay as much as $16.00 a Ln Ft But they basically told me $24.60 or F--- Off. The project was completed as promised, on time, and very professionally! AAA Fence installed my fence back in 2004, and has been reliable in addressing concerns ever since. I needed new locks on my gates, and they were able to replace all of them keyed to a single key, making it much easier than having a thousand different keys to sort through. The technicians, James and Leroy, are polite, trustworthy experts, listening to the concerns of the customer. Frankie and Kendall were able to ignore and professionally handle a pesky, nosy, and intimidating neighbor (hence the need to extend my fence) while doing a wonderful job. The patience they displayed while being photographed and scrutinized by said neighbor was nothing short of amazing. Allan, the supervisor who arrived later in the day saw first hand how well his team worked under duress. In fact, the entire team at AAA Fence is much more than helpful; Kelly, Billy, and Jeff were able come to my assistance in dealing with unscrupulous neighbors. Disappointed to report that I contacted AAA for a bid on fencing over a month ago and while they were responsive to come out for the bid (I even supplied a copy of the survey), I have yet to get a response from them. I have followed up with Brittany and Shawn on numerous occasions via voice mails, texts and emails and now feel ghosted by the company. While I realize it was not a huge job, it was still quite a bit of work in the front and back. Note, this was well before any hurricanes/storms came into the area. read more

Had a good experience using AAA fence. They did a nice job with the installation, fence was even and nicely done. I had vinyl and aluminum fence installed. I had a small issue a few weeks after install on my aluminum swing door and the owner came out right away and fixed it himself. read more

I used AAA Fence for an entry gate and aluminum fencing for two properties.. The Quality is great but what was the BEST were the installation crew.... Kendall, Mark and Jono... Professional, PERFECT work and very hard working!!.. My fence and gate looks phenomenal ... One word of caution though make sure you measure your own property (or have a survey to show how much fence you need) The estimator must have thought I didn't know how much land I owned??.. Researched several companies due to wanting a fence installed. Wasnt sure what kind. I narrowed my search down to 3 which were Home Depot, Handyman, AAA Fence. Requested quotes from them. I ended up in a tie between AAA Fence and Home Depot. Both were great. They came out, walked yard and asked me specifically what I wanted. I wasn't quite sure and they both walked me thru some options. AAA was well known, veteran owned and I saw there work all over town at homes and businesses. I decided to choose AAA. They installed my fence and after some needed adjustments my fence is beautiful. Well...tree fell on one panel and I requested quotes from 4 companies to include AAA. I chose AAA. Within a week fence was repaired. They worked with me on pricing which was great. I was being difficult with salesman on trip charge due to not understanding that he adjusted cost for me but I was stuck on trip charge and didnt realize I had a good price for repair. Unfortunately conversation got long on the phone about this after I sent an email to that salesman. I ended up apologizing for the email I sent (accused salesman of baiting me on original install with no mention of trip charges for any repair for damage if I requested their service). Im aware other than worker error that all other repairs are my responsibility. I never said the company must fix for free. Invoice says what they are not responsible for which was never in question. I was dissatisfied with words used by the salesman when I told him I requested other quotes for the repair of which they did not have same fencing materials and he replied "I dont give a krip krap about other companies just one and that's who I work for". I was shocked and expressed my feelings on him saying that to a customer and told him I was not comparing them for discount, I was informimg him that they were local to me but didnt have same materials and needed to know about those charges when I asked if they make repairs. AAA fencing unique to company. In the end, my fence is awesome, Frankie and crew did great job on repair and Allen did awesome job on original fence adjustments.
