This company bent over backwards for me and I appreciate it so much. i added $100.00 to the balance owed because I felt it was the right thing to do. Our 570-foot, 4' black aluminum fence project in Hammock Dunes felt rushed from the start, with the installation crew focused on finishing the job in a single day rather than delivering quality workmanship. Corners were cut, details were overlooked, and the final result was an incomplete fence with panels and gates installed backward, along with other bent or damaged pieces requiring multiple repairs that was not resolved in a single return visit. The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Based on the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and the need for repeated follow-up to correct issues, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.
