I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to speak up after what I experienced. I…read morehired this company because of the positive reviews and really thought I was dealing with professionals. They were very quick and professional when it came to taking my payment -- no issues there. But everything after that went downhill. When I politely asked for updates on the work, they seemed to get annoyed. Instead of providing the basic communication I expected, they became increasingly rude and dismissive. I was treated poorly for simply wanting to be informed about the progress. Eventually, things escalated to the point where I was even called names -- something I never imagined would happen when hiring a company I trusted. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated this way, especially after paying in full and giving them the benefit of the doubt. I feel completely disrespected and hurt by the way I was spoken to and handled. They were professional when it came to taking my money -- but unprofessional, rude, and downright hostile when it came to treating me with basic decency. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please think twice before trusting them based on reviews alone.
