In my experience, the quality of both their products and customer service has declined significantly. google search them and read the bad reviews ! One major concern is the sale of expired products. On multiple occasions, I've received items that appeared to have altered or obscured expiration labels. When I raised questions about this, I either received no response or was given unclear answers, which only added to my concerns. Over the past two years, my orders have also been inconsistently fulfilled. Items listed as "in stock" at the time of purchase were later marked as "warehouse transfer" with no clear timeline. In one case, it took four months to receive part of an order, without any prior notice that the item was unavailable or on backorder. My current order has been pending for over three months with no updates. Attempts to contact the company have been largely unsuccessful. Emails and text messages requesting order updates have gone unanswered for weeks. Phone support is unreliable--calls often go unanswered, and voicemail boxes are full. On the rare occasion I did reach a representative, the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told to "contact the office," despite already having done so multiple times, and the call was abruptly ended before I could ask further questions or request a resolution. What a unpleasant and unprofessional worker and my guess it's whole team ( read others reviews ) Given these repeated issues--misleading stock information, lack of communication, questionable product quality, and poor customer service--I can no longer recommend this company. Based on my experience, I would rate them 0 out of 5. I am now pursuing a dispute through my credit card provider, as I no longer feel confident that my order will be fulfilled or handled appropriately.

On May 17, I placed an order and expected it to ship and have my products in 2 days. When I checked my account for an update, the order status showed "Suspected Fraud." I immediately emailed customer service and received no response. I then called repeatedly during their posted business hours for days and never got an answer or a callback. I contacted my credit card company to see if the transaction had been flagged for fraud on their end, and it had not. I attempted to cancel the transaction, but was told it was still pending. After waiting another week, my card was charged, yet I still had no communication from the company. As of May 30th, I have received no response to my emails or phone calls, no explanation regarding the "Suspected Fraud" status, and no update on my order. At that point, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I have been a loyal customer for years, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering online from this company. Customer service appears to be nonexistent, and there is no communication when problems arise.
