I've been a customer since this company first opened, and unfortunately I now agree with the growing number of recent negative reviews online and local friends . In my experience, the quality of both their products and customer service has declined significantly. google search them and read the bad reviews ! One major concern is the sale of expired products. On multiple occasions, I've received items that appeared to have altered or obscured expiration labels. When I raised questions about this, I either received no response or was given unclear answers, which only added to my concerns. Over the past two years, my orders have also been inconsistently fulfilled. Items listed as "in stock" at the time of purchase were later marked as "warehouse transfer" with no clear timeline. In one case, it took four months to receive part of an order, without any prior notice that the item was unavailable or on backorder. My current order has been pending for over three months with no updates. Attempts to contact the company have been largely unsuccessful. Emails and text messages requesting order updates have gone unanswered for weeks. Phone support is unreliable--calls often go unanswered, and voicemail boxes are full. On the rare occasion I did reach a representative, the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told to "contact the office," despite already having done so multiple times, and the call was abruptly ended before I could ask further questions or request a resolution. What a unpleasant and unprofessional worker and my guess it's whole team ( read others reviews ) Given these repeated issues--misleading stock information, lack of communication, questionable product quality, and poor customer service--I can no longer recommend this company. I have placed many orders with this company over the years without any issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing. On May 17, I placed an order and expected it to ship and have my products in 2 days. When I checked my account for an update, the order status showed "Suspected Fraud." I immediately emailed customer service and received no response. I then called repeatedly during their posted business hours for days and never got an answer or a callback. I contacted my credit card company to see if the transaction had been flagged for fraud on their end, and it had not. I attempted to cancel the transaction, but was told it was still pending. After waiting another week, my card was charged, yet I still had no communication from the company. As of May 30th, I have received no response to my emails or phone calls, no explanation regarding the "Suspected Fraud" status, and no update on my order. At that point, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I have been a loyal customer for years, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering online from this company. I used to buy from them years ago. Great experience then. I even got a free bottle of Heavy 16 because they sent the wrong bottle and sent a free replacement. I made one phone call and got answered by a nice guy who took care of the issue promptly. Really appreciated that. I just ordered from them again for the first time in years on Monday March 9th, 2026. The purchase was charged to my credit card. Since then, it has been in a "security review". When I call, no answer. The voicemail is full so I cannot leave a message. The phone system also states to text the phone number if nobody answers. I texted the phone number. No answer. I submitted an inquiry on the website. No answer. I messaged their websites chat for days. No Answer. One of the worst customer service experiences I have experienced to date. Why give so many options to reach your team if you are just going to ignore the customer? Why not treat the customer properly who has already paid you? Why promise shipping within 3-5 days if you can't adhere to that? I am going to continue calling, but now that it has been 10 days, I am seriously considering calling my credit card company and voiding this charge. Is it so hard to receive proper customer service? Either they are astronomically incompetent, or blatantly taking online orders and not fulfilling them. All evidence points to the latter. They get you in with good prices and legit looking website and then just don't ship the product. Emails are replied to with canned messages about how they "start the week off fresh" by deleting all messages, so send another one if you still need help, loaded with comments about how they are a small family business. I placed an order on 2/3/2025 for a jet fan. I had not received by 2/12/2025 and was able to track my order on their website. It had not even been shipped. I called on 2/12/2025 and the salesperson ensured me it would be mailed out that day and he would even stay after to ensure it. Today is 2/18/2025 and it still has not been shipped. After reaching the same salesperson he told me that "I heard him wrong" as he had no intention on mailing on 2/12/2025 and it would "go out today". Six days later than he last stated it would be mailed. This business leaves you on hold for over 20 minutes. They ask you to send a text with your information and then don't respond. First, if you don't believe reviews, go look at their BBB rating. I ordered 2 hydro systems from them and they were the worst customer service experience in my life (Marsh & Shyanne specifically) They violated FTC regulations with how they handled my return. This is NOT a company who behaves with any sense of legitimacy. Whatever discount they have that you're pondering going for because you think the risk is worth the cost - just stop and consider if it is worth the sticker price if you don't get what you ordered, or it arrives damaged, or never at all. That's the real problem with this company. Is that worth saving a few bucks? I ordered one $500+ item and when I pointed out there was rust the response was: " that is how it came from the manufacturer. We do not sell used equipment." That was it. They never offered to deal with the fact it was rusted out of the box. They ignored my concern and it's now mine to deal with. Great. The second item I ordered never arrived, instead a different one did. By FTC laws they should have issued my refund for not sending the right item. Instead they repeatedly treated me like I had stolen the wrong item. it was horrible. Every message they sent restated how they needed it sent back in every sentence. They refused to process my refund until they had their mistake back, which is not legit. To be clear I had no problem returning it but the vigor with which they hounded me that was annoying - they pulled it into every sentence. What was worst of all was the coldness. Marsh and Shyanne are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. As someone who works in retail I can safely say they do NOT belong in a serviced based industry! They were blatantly rude and not once apologized not acknowledged any wrongdoing/error on the company's part. Any time I said one thing they were more concerned with looking good and getting their mistaken item back. It felt like they avoided apologizing so they could appear like an imperfect entity. They advertise "Dank Deals", they should be called "Blank Deals". I bought 2 items on their Dank Deals, marked Closeout, existing stock only. 10 days later I received a package with only 1 item. Packing slip had the second item circled and marked as back ordered. Both items were up for sale for 5 days on Dank Deals as I had considered buying more and was checking on their stock. The item they ran out of had over 50 in stock. I contacted customer service via chat and asked what was going on. Yup sorry we ran out and we are not getting any more. "Unfortunately, the way our system works, we may have sold you and a lot of other people that item after we had already sold out. The quantity on the website does not update until the shipping label is generated. We are working on getting this fixed, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We value you as a customer and appreciate your feedback as we strive to improve our business." Brian, our sales rep told me because I live in GA and I own a business in Oklahoma that I pose a threat to them. Why would I do a wire transfer into your account? Dank deals and most products from here are used but sold as new. I bought 1 of these humidity controlers. When it came it was dirty and clearly used and did not work.
