A very pleasant woman answered the phone....always nice when you are frazzled about what to do. She got my info and gave me a estimate on the time to get to me. I didn't want to wait so she said they'd pick it up without me being there. Quoted me an hour and a half as they were already on a run.....they got there and had my car at the dealership in two hours.....so, they were good on their word.
