    Let me by starting i never thought this would happen …read more.... we have used this place more than once over the years ...... and have witnessed his good work buttttttttt Long story short ...... This place has had my truck for over 2 and a half years .. and it was excuse after excuse after excuse. From we are waiting on parts to saying kid stole the parts to my truck to whatever he could say . No matter how pissed i got or threatened he just blew it off . And then got my truck back with air lights on and check engine and a "new" battery ....... My driver door doesnt close right Do not go to this place ! Please avoid at all cost

Working with Integrity Plus has…read morebeen the most baffling, frustrating, and disappointing experience I've ever had with a business. Please don't make the same mistake I did--take your vehicle literally ANYWHERE ELSE for repair. I was in an accident (for which I was not at fault) in late July, 2023. I went and got an estimate at Integrity Plus on July 27, 2023. I chose them because they're very close to where I live and they were a Nationwide On Your Side Repair Network partner, so all the work would be guaranteed for the lifetime of the vehicle. I dropped my car off to them for work to begin on August 8, 2023. I was told that it should be done in 2-3 weeks. I got my vehicle back today: December 19, 2023. That's close to 5 months later. I lost track of the number of times we were "promised," "guaranteed," or "assured" that my van would be finished and back in my possession "by the end of the week" somewhere after the 10th time. There was always a different excuse, ranging from "we're waiting on a part to come in" to "the part came in wrong" to "we're understaffed," and then a promise that it would be done on a certain day, and inevitably, that day would come and go without a word from them. The official estimate wasn't even submitted to my insurance until a month and a half after my vehicle was dropped off to them. There were times when they just wouldn't return my calls, so I had to call Nationwide to intervene or send my husband over to see what was going on in person (he's far less of a pushover than I am). Even after Nationwide transferred responsibility of payment for my rental vehicle to the shop, it was still radio silence. I received a call two Fridays ago saying that all that was left was for my car to be detailed, and it would be ready either that evening or on Monday. Another week went by before they were apparently able to "get to the detailing," which I'm confident either never happened or is simply the worst detailing job I've ever seen--my van is dirtier on the inside now than it was when I dropped it off, and considering I have a toddler, that's really saying something. I decided not to make a fuss about that, because I just wanted my van back, but I took pictures of the interior as it was when I picked it up and have included them with this review. When I went to drop off my rental vehicle, the rental company mentioned that they've had significant problems with getting Integrity Plus to pay them in the past, and it apparently happens quite often due to the insane amount of time they take to repair vehicles. They said I'd have been better off choosing ANY other shop in the area, and I believe that's true. I anticipate that we'll probably have more problems getting them to pay that balance before all is said and done. The exterior repair work is good--meets expectations, at least. But it's nothing that should have taken almost 5 months to complete. The one and only positive about this whole experience was interacting with Glenda, their front desk/administrative person. She was so kind and understanding, even when I was at my most frustrated, and she tried to advocate for me to the best of her ability. On our first meeting when I went to get an estimate, the owner, JR, spent a frankly bizarre amount of time talking about the name "Integrity Plus," how it was inspired by God, and how he's a man of his word. He has proven over the past five months that all of that is a farce. I am typically an extremely compassionate and patient person, but even a saint's patience would be tested by all the lies, broken promises, and lack of communication from this shop. They should really be ashamed to call themselves "Integrity Plus," as the name is nothing but irony when compared to the service I received. Even if the staffing issues and supply wait times are true, they are clearly taking on more business than they can handle and failing in their communication with their customers.

    My truck has been there over two months. Twice to pick up and not ready first time they wrecked it…read moreduring sometime and didn't notice had to prove to them through the cameras during intake. Second time terribly done, not matching paint and Gm no time to look hisself, even though he told me it was ready to be picked and perfect. Don't waste your time here they are not reliable now new owners. Terrible communication without your follow up and continually calling back missed timelines and overall bad work and service. Choose you insurance's preferred shop, which three c's has none.

So I had my truck towed to 3-C after hours. The next day we reached out and they let us know that my truck was totaled. My husband went by later that day to get some photos, get our plates and see what the next steps were. The gentleman my husband spoke to seemed extremely helpful letting us know things to look for that our insurance company may try to do. We thought, wow, so glad we choose such a great place to get our truck towed to. This is where everything turned. 3-C then tried to charge our insurance company close to $2,000 to release the truck to them "for surfaces rendered". We were confused because no work was done because the truck had been totaled. No services should have been done. My husband went through so many calls being the middle man between the insurance company and 3-C. Of course neither the insurance company nor 3-C would get on the phone with each other and cut out the middle man. So my husband had this additional stress. He was trying to help me, because the accident was very bad, I was lucky to have walked away. I would also like to mention the accident was not my fault, so I felt like why do we have added stress anyways. Long story short, 3-C ended up cutting the bill down, but not after causing us so much unnecessary heartache. I don't think I will every use them again. They made things harder on us. Take this review as you will. This is what happened to us. It may go different for you.
