When his wife called to ask about the motorcycle and understand what their next steps should be, she says she was told they needed to move the bike immediately or they could face charges exceeding $2,000. They were insured, the motorcycle was likely a total loss, and she was simply trying to figure out the insurance process while dealing with a medical emergency. In our experience, there was little patience or cooperation while they tried to determine how the insurance claim would be handled. Instead of being given time to work through the situation, they felt pressured during an already overwhelming and traumatic time. Based on what I witnessed and was told, I would not recommend this business. Compassion and professionalism matter, especially when people are dealing with a serious accident and its aftermath.
