As a fellow DIY-er, I've considered just making the balloons myself, but remembered how many balloons it would take, the tying of balloons, the labor to set up and more, it was just a huge weight off my shoulders to get someone who's craft is actually balloons. When I called, we talked about the date and inspirations that I had for my event. She asked questions about the location, and set up times to ensure that she will be able to meet the needs I needed for my event. On the day of the event, she showed up right at the time that we communicated, and her work exceeded my expectations.
