(no, i am not upset at the apprentice they handled the situation very well but they also were watching a movie on the TV that they have while doing my tattoo...) an hour goes by and my tattoo is finished, it got wrapped up they took pictures and off i went. I got home and my tattoo was missing a nose, minor piece just a dot but still it makes a difference. I went back later that day and they said they could fix it the next. FASFORWARD THE NEXT DAY... i walk into the shop the apprentice is sick so now the actual tattoo artist has to fix it. Great. They did not have the picture of my tattoo up they just put whatever they felt looked right and when they asked if there was anything else that was missed they asked in such a rude way like they were being inconvenienced by fixing my tattoo that THEYRE apprentice messed up... i'm not going back there nor letting anyone close to me go to this tattoo business. i'm sorry this was so long.

I got to the place but Unfortunately I waited for 30 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted. Several staff members saw me but no one asked me if I got help. After waiting I decided to leave It was disappointing, I hope management improves their customer service and ensures guests are acknowledged promptly.
