"My community" consists of parents of children receiving Special Educations Services. Like so many of these parents I was forced into an adversarial situation that I never wanted and I could not navigate without professional help. As I expected, and just like almost every other service performing agency, including Dr.'s offices, the office staff asked for certain documentation before an appointment was secured for my 90 minute consultation. So much so, that I left knowing exactly what I had to do.
