A2Z is my favorite shop in Koreatown! Tony is the man, he is very knowledgeable regarding cigars and a great guy. I usually smoke Cohibas, but Tony recommended Rocky Patels which are a great, robust smoke. The flavor is good and they burn slow. They are stronger than a lot of cigars I have had. I felt more than comfortable buying more than I came in for; the prices are right and the selection is fabulous. It's actually less expensive than my previous favorite which is pretty hard to beat. This shop is down the street from my house and I have shopped here multiple times before. On Monday I bought some regular items and received great service, however the reason that I am writing today is because I had to return a torch lighter that broke only hours after purchasing. Naturally I was nervous to even try but I attempted it. The store manager was calm with me and explained that he was working Monday and never saw me, so I pulled up bank statements and showed him. My only proof of purchase was a receipt that came from their ATM machine. Long story short, he exchanged out the broken lighter and I am very grateful! But the guy who helped me went into detail about the different styles and how each are different from another (ex the digital ones vs the basic) After the initial buy, he took his time to make sure i knew how to refill and charge it and explained that it was important to make sure the liquid stayed out of the center if i didnt want to end up buying a new one lol I ended up with buying a basic fumigo with a 0 strawberry kiwi liquid for only $32 (and thats $32 without tax!
