So I called the other day before going to The Smoke Shop to tell them that I was looking for something specific for my girlfriend's birthday, but to also tell them that I know nothing about smoke products. I had been to several stores and no one has had the patience to help me. When I arrived the gentleman I had spoken to on the phone was gone, but he had explained to Rick exactly what I needed. Rick had already thought about my needs and picked out a few bongs that would work. But before purchasing he asked me about my girlfriend. How tall is she, what does she like... we ended up not going with any of his initial thoughts. He pulled out an amazing bong and the decision was easy. They do more than just sell vape and smoke products. They are very consultative and I learned a lot about my mods and devices. Worst vapeshop ever. Last Wednesday I bought a mod and extra cartridges. I came home and tried it. It hits too strong and couldn't vape it at all. So I threw the cartridge that I used and put new cartridge in the original box. I went to the shop and tell them that I want to exchange my mod. They sent me to their other shop because of the guy (Rick) was working there on Saturdays. Anyway I went to the shop and explained the problem. He didn't accept it nor exchanged it. I told him that I didn't used the mod and still didn't accept exchange. He told me that they can only change it if the mod is not working!!! Also asked my receipt and I told him that he can check the system with my number. He said that he cannot print my receipt again. Wtf??? Anyway so I am stuck with $46 overcharged and useless mod. No more local vapeshops. Worst customer service. Rude and unprofessional! This goes to BBB directly. read more

Great service! I didn't get his name but I came in with a Penguin Vape. Tasted totally burned so I thought I needed a whole new coil. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it. Anyways. Seemed like too much for lol so I just bought a new one and it's so cute and small and totally pocket sized. Hee was helpful and he eVen set up my new vape for me. I am currently visiting LA from Boston and I found this shop through Yelp and they had really good reviews so I thought I'd give it a go! I came here after spending over $200 at Smoke Heaven, which is another smoke shop, but this Smoke & Vape shop here is the real deal. The decor is really nice and there are chairs at the Vape bar and couches for customers to sit and hang out. This store is very clean, organized, and they carry a wide selection of rolling papers, backwoods, & even the extendos, bowls, bongs, and Vape supplies. I would give this place a 10/10, or even 11/10 if they had more Pink or Hello Kitty smoking accessories!! I was assisted by Jake the entire time and he was very friendly & knowledgeable! I ended up spending about an hour here & more than $260 but it was all worth it and I am sure I will be using all of the things I bought! I will definitely be coming back again the next time I go to LA for my smoking needs! read more

So I needed a flum float aka a nicotine vape really badly around 11PM, I was super psyched that there was still a smoke shop open. I saw a cool selection of flum float flavors and decided to purchase my favorite flavor, lush ice. First off the flum costed $30. I live in Compton and normally pay $22 for these. Upon receiving the flum I had suspicions with the packaging as there wasn't a pre cut line for me to open the product. I bypassed this thought and figured that this was an exception. As soon as I hit the flum I knew that it was fake, as the flavor tastes drastically different. Mind you I am very familiar with this product and flavor since I purchase it so frequently. I came in today because my tricky little ELeaf vape was giving me problems. Leave it to the knowledgeable and friendly Joshua to figure out the right coils and rings that could fit this less common brand of vaporizer! It was a tricky fit at first and required reading several different coils, but he remained patient and persistent. Now my vape hits perfectly and I'm a happy girl again. Excellent customer service. Excellent customer service here and a beautiful, well-stocked shop. I visited the store with a friend whose vape was malfunctioning. The counter clerk determined was able to determine that the tank was faulty and sold us an affordable one. Something was still wrong with the vape so we had to go back a few times, but the employees were very patient and helped sort it out.
