We addressed this with him and the instructors and that seemed to curtail it a bit. My real issue with Code Ninjas is that we froze our account due to predicted non-use, this stopped our payments from being removed from our account for 2 months. Then, without our knowledge/consent, they resumed taking payments. I contacted Code Ninjas and addressed this, asking for a refund and for them to discontinue taking payments, the manager said he would take care of it, thus thought it was a done deal. 8 months later I realized that payments were still being taken from my account and had cost me over $2k for services that I could not have possibly used since I had moved from the area and are no longer near a Code Ninjas. I would advise anyone considering them to take measures to keep your child off the internet via monitoring, and to pay per visit or monthly. Show less
