Then the driver reportedly texted the student, which was also untrue. Clearly, they are operating under a different business model. Waiting on a refund now. I had Charlie for a couple of lessons to get my confidence back and practice for the test. Charlie was exactly the right person for me, he put me at my ease and only corrected me when he had to. So it felt more like borrowing a friend's car for a drive than a rigid lesson. Most tips came driving the practice for the test, showing me what they watch out for etc. I opted for the private test package where Charlie practices with you then the test person that works for a third party examiners gets in.
