Kattya and all of the staff at Andina Driving School are industry experts and have been doing this for decades. Kattya helped me understand all the rules of the road and held my hand through all stages of licensure. I started off classes anxious because the traffic in Miami is overwhelming and to be honest, I didn't have much experience behind the wheel, coming from a city where I took public transit. Kattya assured me that all would be well and reminded me to breathe throughout my lessons. I signed up for a package of 25 hours, which I will tell you was enough for me to sink my teeth into and make me feel confident on the road. After passing my test successfully upon the first try, I still called Andina back and scheduled another 10 hours because I was planning on taking a cross-county road trip and wanted to feel extra prepared behind the wheel. Anton set up our driving lesson at 9am and called me only 15 minutes before the start to confirm the appointment. I didn't see his call so I called him 6 minutes later thinking that he has called me because he's waiting for me outside. I was wrong. He told me that he called (one time 6 min ago right before the appointment) to confirm our lesson but I didn't pick up. I explained that I have work later today but I'll wait for him so I kept waiting. The guy just decided to ignore me. In Anton's opinion hiding like a little girl, ignoring and declining calls when someone's waiting for him is the best business strategy. Apparently Anton just woke up and was trying to find any excuse to cancel the lesson and continue his beauty sleep.
