After their advertisement, I called the night before I needed their services to reserve a cab service for 5 a.m. for my 5:30 morning service at my church in College Point. They told me to call just 30 minutes before so I did. I called at 4:30 a.m. and told them to come by 5 a.m. They came at 5:28! That night I needed car service from The View Lounge 45th St and 7th Ave. to Little Neck. They quoted me $30.00 for the fare. The driver did NOT go through the Midtown Tunnel but proceeded to charge us the extra $5 toll fee and he couldn't add. He said the $5 and the $30.00 is $37.00. One of my friends who did not want to continue to argue just paid the driver. The driver was also an illegal resident and I doubt their cars are insured TL&C. But I will NEVER call 1-718-888-8282 for their services!

At Penn Station the driver stopped in an area of the street with blue diagonal lines. I got out and we unpacked my luggage. Later I wondered if she could have gotten a ticket for parking there. I saw a map of Moynihan-Penn Station inside the station which showed an area on one side of the complex for taxis, Ubers, etc to stop. If you are a prospective rider going to Moynihan-Penn Station do a little research to find where this designated area is. It will be safer for the driver,safer for passengers to get out and unload, and is closer to the trains.

Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. I speak to a dispatcher his name is Gary if that's his name. And ask could I have a cab sent to the cross streets between Kissena and Horace Harding at the mobile gas station. My relative got sick and was admitted into Jamaica hospital. No cab now I called back and the dispatcher named Gary proceeds to tell me that the cab was there he left. Now normally when I get a cab I have no problems ever with the cab driver missing me. I've never missed a cab ride due to any complications like this. So I asked the dispatcher Gary what was the cab drivers name he wants to get into a shouting match hangs up. So I recorded the whole thing. Some people just don't need to work with the general public if they have an anger management problem. If he continues getting loud and overly hostile and aggressive with people in the near future he won't get far. His attitude and behavior is distasteful and rude. He seems pretty young and ignorant and I've never heard when a customer ask for a cab drivers name and information. Anyone telling you that you don't need that.
