Unfortunately I paid over $9,000 dollar for Full vehicle wrap and a paint correction. I should have suspected there was going to be an issue when they never sent photos of the paint correction. Charles from Wrapvault/Lusso told me all the right things but when I got my vehicle back it was an absolute disaster. There was sand and dirt underneath almost all the sections of the clear bra including the hood, roof, quarter panels , and rear decklid. There were some area where it looked like hair or fuzz was under the clear bra. There were clearly visible dark seam lines on the pillars of the car. The clear bra in front was already lifting off the front bumper. The carbon front splitter had clear bra on top but maybe half an inch below leaving the most vulnerable area completely exposed. As of now I will have to spend over 10,000 to repair what they have done.

I wouldn't recommend this location, employees are disingenuous. For context, my vehicle was at the Mercedes dealership being serviced the day prior to drop off at Penske. When I picked my car up at Penske, my head light was out and they told me 'it was out at drop off, there's no way we could have caused it to go out because we didn't touch it.' The light was not out at drop off and Mercedes would have included that in their inspection report. Come to find out, when they took the vehicle back to fix the mistakes in their paint job and primer oversprays, Derrick owned up to the light being unplugged. No one else could have unplugged it except a Penske employee. I WAS FLAT OUT LIED TO BY MY SERVICE REP. This is one of 6 different other new issues with my car when Penske handed it back to me. I'm glad I asked for a walk around. Extremely disappointing experience.

The sales rep, Sean, confirmed the car was ours and even took my credit card to process the payment. While my purchase was being processed, the sales manager, Mike, sold the car to someone else, completely overriding our confirmed commitment. He reportedly laughed and said there were nine other buyers for the car, prioritizing them over a customer who was ready, willing, and able to complete the purchase immediately. I have documentation of my intent to buy and have filed a formal complaint with Mercedes‑Benz corporate. This experience was unprofessional, unfair, and completely unacceptable. Because I've learned from past detailing nightmares, I always take before photos of my car's condition. Despite having clear proof, they still denied it. For a place that's supposed to "detail" cars, they clearly have no respect for the vehicles they're working on. Now I'm left with a repair that should never have been necessary.
