From the moment I contacted Race Day Mobile Detailing, their customer service was excellent I sent them pictures of my car and all the buffer swirl marks left on it by the dealer. They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. Disappointed. I wanted to use this service to get some stains out of my cars seats. The technician asked me if I had any major areas of concern and I told them that I wanted these stains out. I don't know what they used but it looks like there are new stains brought out after their service. I don't have before photos but I am sharing the photos of my car after the service. We paid $190. I get better results from using dollar trees LA totally awesome cleaner and my carpet cleaner. I'm pregnant and did this in anticipation of my baby coming next month. If you're looking to have your vehicle detailed then you have found the company you want to do it. I purchased a 4runner from my brother and the whole passenger side had water mark etchings from the hard water and HOT Bakersfield sun. Race Day was able to clay bar those away from the paint and remove them from my windows. Granted when something is etched you can never fully remove it but I knew it would cost a little money to have that kind of work done and Race Day did not disappoint- I'm incredibly pleased with the result. For me the interior detail was secondary but expect the same result here. Immaculately clean, like the day you drove it off the lot. 4 team members showed up to tackle the job over 3 hours in 110 degree heat. They were all friendly and refused my offer for a beer so that is a testament to their work ethic. They all appeared to work together well and I think that says as much about the company as the finished job does. I park my vehicle outside so with this Phoenix sun I will be using them again. I've used Race Day 2x now and on both occasions I've been more than satisfied. They pay attention to *detail* (imagine that) and will work until you are 110% happy. Their team over-communicated up leading up to the appointment, were straightforward with pricing and arrived on time. Expect to do a walkthrough with them to express what's important to you. When they are completed you'll walk the vehicle again and ensure it looks as good as you imagined. If not, they will spend the extra time to make sure everything is addressed. The result will be pure satisfaction and a feeling of money well spent--something I can never obtain from Cobblestone and the like. Last year, I had them do an interior detail on my Jeep right after a week-long top-off Jeep excursion to Moab. The result was outstanding and it looked like it just rolled off the lot. My latest experience was no different and they meticulously cared for the exterior of my new Jeep Rubicon. When completed it looked amazingly better than it did after the dealerships attempt at detailing. I posted a single picture of their latest work. I am ecstatic over how our car looks now! White paint got all over our black car. My wife was so sad. Our 3 month old, 1,500 mile black Traverse had white paint all over the bottom of the car on both sides from the front to the back. They came out at the appointment time and also gave us a text letting us know they would be here soon. They were actually about 10 minutes ahead of the appointment time which was perfect for us. All the paint is now gone, including inside the wheel well which I understand sometimes doesn't come out because of the material. I'm so glad I found you guys. I just got a new truck and just don't feel car washes do a good job at all and the brushes could damage my truck. I used to pay about 36 a month for unlimited regular washes but felt they just went over like they could care less. Then if you pay for a detail you get a barely better wash. That's my opinion. So that's what made me search for a mobile detailer that had a manageable rate for a monthly wash. These guys and gals are it.
