Honestly, I reviewed several options and chose this business because of a reply to a negative review. I thought the response was professional and courteous. I imagine that can be difficult to achieve when someone says something negative about your small business. The Prosper location is a satellite office, so it is co-located with Apple Counseling. When you arrive, there is a sign on the glass partition that tells you to sit and wait for the therapist to come retrieve you. This was initially a little awkward, but it wasn't overly burdensome. The masseuse was professional and friendly. The bed was warmed for my comfort and the masseuse asked me for my preference regarding the type of massage. This came in the form of how much pressure do you prefer on a scale of 1 -10. Admittedly, I've only been to this location on one occasion, but I now understand the attraction of a routine massage. It was a comforting experience and something I hope I can find time to take advantage of again. If you are looking for a massage I would recommend this business. I imagine the experience is the same with most businesses that provide this service.
