I don't like writing bad reviews, but I feel people should know. My usual place was booked for a…read morequick walk-in, so I decided to try this place based on the reviews. I requested a 60-minute massage, which should have been $60 plus tip. However, I was asked four times--before and during the massage--if I wanted to upgrade to 90 minutes. I repeatedly said no. The worst part? When I went to pay, they charged me $90. I didn't request or receive the hot stone/hot pad massage, yet I was still charged for it. Even during the session, I was asked if I wanted it and said no. As for the massage itself, it was a mediocre (C-minus) massage at best. The constant upselling and unexpected charges made the whole experience frustrating. It felt like they were more focused on squeezing extra money out of me than providing a good service. She kept on burping too. Make sure you clarify pricing upfront and confirm what you're getting before starting. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

The prices and information on the website do not match what is in person at the location. Second, the massage. I first said an hour but within 10 minutes I changed it to 30 minutes. I knew I could not handle a whole hour of what my massage therapist was doing. It was painful and not relaxing. She continuously hit my ankle bones with the hot stones over and over. This massage was completely transactional. With bodywork, there should be some sort of care. There was none. I still left a 20% tip. I won't be going back.

Once to help a customer who walked in. Not only did it interrupt my massage, she cut into my time. She ended the massage the same time as my husband's even though she left twice. Bummed. We wanted this to be our regular spot.
