Dani and her crew are awesome. I've used this place for many years and they have always been professional. I always get deep tissue reflexology and this is the only place I will ever go. I went here for a friend's birthday. It was my 2nd visit. Massages were cool both times. First Visit - after paying with my card i noticed on my statement i was overcharged even after giving a tip. I called them to bring it to their attention. She apologized and offered a voucher, ok cool. I didn't use the voucher and took her reason (data entry error) as what happened and made sure that I was clear that they needed to be more diligent when entering the amounts. Second Visit - Fast forward to my most recent. I paid again with my card and after they saw the tip was less then 20% the lady taking payment asked for 20%. Ok cool, i get it so i marked out the original tip amount and ended up giving 23% tip with zero fuss. At the bottom of the receipt i made sure to make it VERY easy to read what amount i should be charged. Here we are again. I've been overcharged. Now its feeling like you are stealing money from me. Regardless if its $1 or $10 it doesn't excuse a business repeatedly changing the amount that is written on a receipt. The over charging adds up in that business's favor if other customers aren't catching the discrepancy and disputing it. I've contacted them requesting my tip money back due to the dishonesty, inconvenience, and it being the 2nd occurrence. I'll update this review once I go back there to see if they will honor giving the entire tip back otherwise I'm going to dispute the entire charge and report the business for fraud. Its not my intention to create any problems for a business but you can't keep being dishonest and expect no repercussions. I would think at this point the goal would be to keep business coming. UPDATE @ 1PM - When i arrived at Lucky Foot Massage the lady already had my tip money in a ziplock bag ready for me so I appreciate that there was no additional issues after the phone conversation. Wish I could've given zero stars. This place had terrible service. After trying to convince me that our start time was when I walked into the store and not when the actual massage started, she still ended up going way less than 1 hr. Her massaging was lazy and definitely not worth any money let alone $70. Then afterwards she tried to force me to pay a $20 tip and when I said no, she said it was a good massage so the tip should be $20. I said no again and to change it from $90 to $84 total. She haggled me to $85. And then had the worst attitude, slamming down my receipt and turning away huffing and puffing. Will not EVER be coming back to this place. read more

These folks are so nice and gave such great customer service. They were very accommodating and made sure to ask if I was comfortable with 'all areas' and made sure to confirm what was acceptable. My masseuse asked multiple times throughout the massage if the pressure was okay and made sure I was comfortable! It makes me sad seeing the negative comments about 'inappropriate touching' (and I never wish that upon anyone especially if it is 'inappropriate') HOWEVER they do ask you ahead of time if all areas are okay and it's really up to your own personal comfort level. If you don't want your chest (not breasts but chest) touched then absolutely say so as well as inner thighs! Just know what massage you're asking for and be vocal about your comfort level and you will enjoy your visit. These people are doing the jobs amazingly and I will definitely be going back! read more

Well, my wife and I get weekly massages. Our normal place was full so we decided to try this place. HUGE MISTAKE !!!! It was the worst, most unenthusiastic massage I've ever had. Absolutely no effort put into it at all. I finally had to get up before it was over because it was so annoying. I can live with that part and just not go back but there's more. We go to leave and I pay and leave a decent tip, which was very undeserving. The lady then proceeds to tell me that a 20% tip is mandatory and this is after their massages are already higher than any other massage place that we have ever been. I told her that the massage was horrible and that's all the tip I was leaving and go to walk out the door. The door is locked and she doesn't want to unlock it until she got her tip. I finally had to threaten to call the cops to get her to unlock the door. There are tons of massage places with great customer service, this IS NOT ONE OF THEM !! And it's obviously not just me. When we walked in, the guy that was paying out was also having the same problem ! Absolutely a rip off and scam place !! And if you'll read a lot of the other reviews on here, the 20% tip deal is the same scam they pull on everyone it looks like. read more

Now the last 3 times I've went a young lady tries to say I must get a full body massage, I had to insist I wasn't interested and only wanted the foot 1 1/2 hour - hello the place is named Lucky Foot. New owner = poor service. Unfortunately, I too have encountered the new owner, the request for me to get a full body massage versus the 1 1/2 hour foot massage I wanted. As a runner I have frequented this place since it's grand opening. I got my (foot) massage and the masseuse left at one point for a number of minutes to answer a phone call... I didn't get my full 90 minutes so I decided to reduce the tip (which I generally never do). The owner asked I increase the tip and I explained why I put the amount I did. She got heated with me and I explained I was disappointed with the massage, I had not received the entire massage and that based on my experience I would be finding another therapy location because I would not be back. I had originally went to another foot massage location across the street from the Lucky foot but they couldn't get me in right away. So I thought I would check out this place. I will admit I was a little concerned about this place because I had read the reviews, but thought I would give it a try anyway. It started off good but about 10 minutes into the neck/shoulder massage (right when I was getting very relaxed) the phone rang and my technician left the room to go answer it. Right when she left the room my eyes where wide open and I was mad at myself for not listening to the reviews I had previously read about this place. So about 5 minutes later the technician came back in and proceeded with my massage. She ended up leaving 2 more times during my massage. Also she didn't even do reflexology on my feet. It felt more like a massage you get when you get a pedicure. The facial massage was horrible. I am a medical esthetician/laser technician, so I know how and what a facial massage is performed and feels like. At one point she was actually doing circular motions beside my nostrils which made it hard for me to breathe. Not relaxing! I have had a lot of massages of all types done and this was the first time I was wanting it to be over. I hate downing any small business but I have to be honest. I just wish I would have driven out to Plano to the other foot reflexology/Massage place that was awesome. I just really hoped to find a great place close by my house. I get massages on a regular basis for pain management and stress relief. Being new to the area I have been looking for a location where they take walk-ins as I don't always know what my schedule will be on the weekends. The person at the front desk was not overly friendly, and was difficult to understand. They actually did require that I make an appointment for the same day. The massages there are expensive, especially for the type of massage parlor it is. It is what you would pay at a full service massage salon that uses sheets blankets to cover you and has heated tables, instead of towels. I gave them 2 stars because the woman who did my massage did care about what she was doing and while it was not the best deep tissue massage (a lot of forearms and elbows), it was clear that she was working from the heart. read more

Great prices for their services! I have been to many different locations for massages due to moving so much and this was one of the best for the price they offer. The atmosphere was relaxing and the masseuse was great at working the areas I told her too. The only downside was I don't think the masseuse spoke English very well so there was a bit of a language barrier but it didn't make too much of a difference. This place had really good massage. I generally get the 1 hour foot massage, which includes a bit on back and arms and legs too. They had some really good therapists, now they have only 2.
