I called at 1:30pm on a Thursday. I was told they would try to fit me in the next day. That would have fine, Saturday would have been fine. Hell, Sunday would have fine. I had to call them Monday and inquire where my new dumpster was. I was told it would be here that morning. I called back, again, and was told they had a problem with a flat tire. No one bothered to call me. After many calls and headaches they were finally on their way (after 4 in the afternoon). I had already told them I wasn't interested in a swap and I just wanted them to pick up the full dumpster because I had contacted another company for another dumpster. The guy on phone acted like I was putting him out because he had to go back and drop the empty one. No one bothered to try to make it right. Beware dealing with this company.

Super friendly phone staff and helpful recycle scrap guy who dumps the cans with you. You receive a slip and head around the corner to the office stairs with the red rail and cha ching, cash money! So the only thing I'll say is adjust your expectations as a first time recycler. Roughly 32 cans equal 1lb. We rolled in with 3 not fully stuffed but full 13 gallon trash bags and made a solid $2.45. The quality of the work did not match the price we were quoted, and communication was consistently poor. Days would go by without updates, and the workers never followed a consistent schedule. During the project, our block wall was damaged by a tractor, along with our plumbing cleanouts. The crew was not respectful of our property, and we had to meet with the owner three separate times to address our concerns. He also ordered turf without providing samples or obtaining our approval beforehand. The company was supposed to complete two concrete pads, but the work was canceled three times because no one showed up. The concrete subcontractor informed us he had not been paid, despite us already giving Trenton a deposit for the job. We fired Trenton. The job was not completed. We are currently waiting on a refund that was mutually agreed upon, yet Trenton has stopped returning calls. He told us it would be ready over a month ago, and we still have not received it. Poor quality work with no integrity. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend steering clear of this business. If we had done our research we would have found a landscaper that would do really high quality work for less.
