0 Stars We trusted this company to complete landscaping work after previously using them for trash-hauling services, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of the work did not match the price we were quoted, and communication was consistently poor. Days would go by without updates, and the workers never followed a consistent schedule. During the project, our block wall was damaged by a tractor, along with our plumbing cleanouts. The crew was not respectful of our property, and we had to meet with the owner three separate times to address our concerns. He also ordered turf without providing samples or obtaining our approval beforehand. The company was supposed to complete two concrete pads, but the work was canceled three times because no one showed up. The concrete subcontractor informed us he had not been paid, despite us already giving Trenton a deposit for the job. We fired Trenton. The job was not completed. We are currently waiting on a refund that was mutually agreed upon, yet Trenton has stopped returning calls. He told us it would be ready over a month ago, and we still have not received it. Poor quality work with no integrity. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend steering clear of this business. If we had done our research we would have found a landscaper that would do really high quality work for less. read more

Trent is a kind, nice man. Unfortunately, his crew often forgets tools, says they are unable to trim small bushes, and are highly unreliable. This past month, I was reached out to on Yelp, scheduled a time, they did not come, I asked for a reschedule, nothing was stated. Then I was asked how was the service? No I replied no service was received, no one showed, and I would like to reschedule. No reply, but you know what I received, a BILL! I had a very large tree branch blown down in my backyard and over the wall into my neighbor's property. In the past for similar incidents I've had some pretty over the top quotes from large landscaping companies. Tazz promotes "no job to small or too big". I texted some photos to Tazz and received a very reasonable quote. I wish I was as neat in my yard as Tazz's guys. Cleaned up it was in better shape than before the branch falling. I'm already budgeting to have Tazz dismantle and haul away an old rusted metal shed. I highly recommend Tazz. read more

I had a TON (more like 7!) of sand that needed removed. I had Trenton come do the estimate. He gave a very reasonable price. He showed up on time and started work. The team is very dependable and they communicate well. They did an excellent job, did exactly what we asked. Our yard looks so much better! They laid fabric and rocks over where the sand was, and put in hydrangeas. I consulted with them on what flowers would work in the specified area and they were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select the best options. He even picked up the bushes himself and planted them. I had existing garden boxes already on the sand, and they were extremely careful to keep everything intact. I needed a cracked patio removed and got 3 quotes through Yelp. Tazz was the lowest, but also the most eager for the job. Trenton is a great guy to work with. He is uber-polite and prompt, showing up just when he said he would. And his "guys" were always smiling and singing while they worked. Even though the job took longer than anticipated, he got it done and even left the area clean! The reason I can't give him 4 stars is he cracked a step and some tile during demo that were supposed to be left alone. While he offered to get his concrete guy in to fix it, we figured we'd have him take it out and re-pour it when we put in new concrete. Would I hire him again? Yes. read more

I was interested in getting weeds, weed-trees, and some grass-like growth removed from our side and backyard of our townhome. I was given an estimate of what I thought to be a good price near the beginning of May. I contacted the website, the estimator's email several times to schedule and received no response. I called twice and left messages asking to be scheduled for the job and no response. I gave up and found a different responsive company who will do the job for 70.00 less. I have gone through a lot of landscaping companies and wish I would have found this one first. They had a real professional crew at my house today and did a great job. I'm finally finished dealing with these landscaping companies around Albuquerque now that I have found Tazz. They have been on time for both appointments and did exactly what they said they would do for the price that they said they would charge. Great experience with Trenton and his crew. We had done a massive garage cleanup over the weekend and had quite a heap of junk (trash, furniture, yard debris, etc.) that needed to be removed. On Monday morning, I text messaged a few photos of the load that needed to be hauled away. Trenton responded promptly with a very competitive quote. Apparently customer service is frowned upon at Tazz. I reached out to them on Yelp requesting a quote. I received an initial response, and a followup the next day. I left my phone number and stated I am available any time for a quote. It is now 2 days later and only crickets. I definitely cannot recommend a company that doesn't want my business. read more

Trenton and his team came through for me, and cleared out all of the 'volunteer' grass that had infested my gravel front yard, and then converted it to a bark-mulch yard, and it looks ten times better than it did before. Tazz was awesome and really came through for me. I had renters move out who absolutely trashed the yard as well as not weeding, maintaining the landscape, etc. I called several places and Tazz was only one to be able to meet the next day for a quote and was able to schedule and complete the work in less than a week. He was also half the price of the other guys. He removed the trash, weeded the yard, and trimmed all the plants that were still living. He did an absolutely fantastic job and sent me plenty of pictures after the work was done as I was out of town. I was totally impressed with Tazz. The other yard maintenance businesses I had contacted were scheduling 2 weeks out and that was just to get an estimate. Most of them did not even return my call. I called to schedule a day for Tazz to come and give me an estimate and Trenton (the owner) came out that same day. He did a thorough walk through with me to make sure he was clear as to what I wanted to have done and when he would be available to do the job. The price to weed and trim some large shrubs in the front yard and do extensive weeding and cleanup in the back was very reasonable. They came the following week and when they arrived, Trenton and 4 - 5 men basically descended on my yard and had the job completed and cleaned up within 2 1/2 hours. I found Trenton to be very personable, professional and a pleasure to work with and plan on hiring them to do some additional work this fall. read more
