If you can afford $80.oo for less than 10 minutes actual work and one tiny strip of grass. They might be for You. But if your on a low fixed income and can't afford $480.oo an hour lawn care. MONA, You reply to everyone else, but the ones you know you can't argue against. Then you Flag reviews because they prove that you just take peoples money and then make up excuses as to why you can't finish the job. Had them come out and give me an estimate and a drawing off the pool design. We decided to go with them to build our pool. Pool has been leaking for over a year by the deep end skimmer because of the way it had fallen before they even shot the gunite. Told them about it and they didn't fix it. Started to have to add 3000 gallons of water a month to keep it full so the pump wouldn't burn out. Told them about the concrete around the pool cracking and being wavy, still haven't come out to fix it. I'm a disabled Vet and was supposed to have a bar placed so I could access the pool easier via the steps, still haven't received it or had it placed. Excuse is they can't get them in, but have installed multiple pools since ours. Next excuse is they don't have any workers, but it is a family run business. Meaning husband and sons are the workers. Last contact was told they would come out and look, still haven't showed and that was over a month ago. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I'm just not that evil. Hope if you have a pool by them you have had a better experience. UPDATE 8-4-2022 Still hasn't responded or fixed the leak. Averaging 3000 gallons a month filling it up. AA Pools will not finish your pool! We have at least 8-10 other victims of their scam. Mona and Pancho will talk a good game, but once they have your money, you won't see them after gunite or maybe plaster. If you do, the plaster job will be horrible. I paid for Quartzite with exposed stone and zero stone is exposed. They didn't do the acid wash at all. Claimed they were bringing me upgraded coping, when in fact brought old leftover coping from another job. They still owe me for the pump, filter, pool light, deck painting, re-leveling the back yard (totally destroyed) and a second skimmer and much more. We will have to get the plaster re-done it's so bad. They walked off the job and never responded to refund requests. So now we are working with the TX Attorney General. Don't use this company. You have been warned! read more

These ppl are scam artist. They will take 95% of your money and run. They will build you a nightmare oasis in your back yard. Look at all her pictures and you will see her crap work of pools. Mona Alderete Robles Animas can't hide those. All her addresses are fake because she was planning on running out on ppl like she did in Louisiana. There is 2 troubleshooters videos showing the garbage of pools she builds. There are several complaints with the Attorney Generals office so they will be going after these con-artist criminally. No worries Mona you are on numerous FB pages showing the truth about you. All your victims are on the band wagon and we are all exposing you for the crook you are! read more

I hired these scammers of a pool company AA Pools on 12/28/2020 to build me a pool/spa/rock jump & deck. Took them 1.5 yrs to get to about 75% and they ran off with my money. They didn't want to come back and finish because I was at this point impatient with the lack of service. I got every excuse in the book. I'm not the only one she has scammed out of our hard working money. We have all filed a complaint with the AG office and we are not stopping there. Mona is hiding our post because we are calling her out on her scams. Go visit her on the BBB if these reviews are not enough to convince you that they are scam artist, also be sure to look at all her pics because she can't hide those. read more

To Mitzi S thank you for confirming that Mona can get supplies and material with no problems. This will definitely help the District Attorney's office to take her down for Deceptive Trade Practices Act. She has continued to deceive people out of their hard earned money and telling us all she can't get our materials and supplies due to shortages of materials. our pool has had problems from the beginning. it has a leak they never fixed. the concrete is cracked, the electrical is not up to par. they never installed the handicap rail for my disabled veteran husband. they say they will come out but we have not heard from them in over a year. there is a boot print in the plaster, I have concrete spray on my columns and house that was left there. my skimmer in the deep end fell prior to the gunite. so it cracked and leaks. my pool is slowly sinking and separating from the coping. read more

Our pool had been neglected the last few months and needed cleaned for the real-estate. Porky was very good at communicating with me. He got out to my house right away & in less than 48 hours, had my pool looking brand new, As a matter of fact he went beyond my expectations. His pricing is spot on. Please don't waste your time with the others. This guy is very honest, and meticulous in his work. you can tell he is very experienced in his work. I wish I had known about him 5 years ago when we first moved here. He does a weekly clean at a low monthly cost. I now have a new service and the amount of issues with my pool chemicals and draining filling and re draining has gotten ridiculous in order to right the levels. I went back for 6 months and the levels the stated after service were exactly the same every week for 6 months. I'm furious.

Vigil N Sons was one of the few contractors that didn't turn their nose up at my small job - many of those I reached out to for quote either ignored me or came back with "we aren't doing any work with an estimate less than $20,000". Aaron was extremely easy to work with, and I'm a very picky individual. He went out of his way to make sure I got the cabinets, flooring, and colors all exactly as I wanted. He was happy to provide suggestions for what could be installed but was also equally happy to use the materials I specified within the provided budget. He originally quoted 3-4 days to complete the work once it started, and even with inclement weather getting in the way, he still got the work completed in 3.5 days. I've waited a month after the work was completed to write and post this review, and I have to say the level of quality started out high and has remained that way. Everything has remained solid, the flooring hasn't developed any creaks, and everything is still securely assembled. I will certainly quote any future work with them first and foremost, and highly encourage anyone else to do the same!

Tomsett to the rescue! I was having a bad day. No water. I…read morecalled the City of Rockport, thinking they'd shut me down or something. No clue. They told me that they didn't cut me off of the wet stuff, but instead I should call a plumber, there was a leak that led to someone who came and shut the water off. I called Tomsett early in the morning, and explained the problem. They said that they had a job in Aransas Pass, but this didn't sound like a big job, so they could take care of it immediately. Within minutes, they were on the job. They diagnosed the problem, let me know what was happening, what it was going to take to fix it. We discussed the options on how to fix it, and Tomsett made some recommendations. We immediately agreed, and the plumber made a small cut in the side of the wall to facilitate fixing the pipes, and had everything sealed up and fixed quickly. Chris was very good at what he does. I think it's a husband and wife team who make all this plumbing magic work. Their rates were fair, and their response time was immediate, which was greatly, greatly appreciated. These guys are my new plumbers!
