We had done business with AAA-1 once before and it must have gone well as I don't remember using them. This year we needed a cleaning and new lid for our main tank and my father-in-law recommended AAA-1 as they do work for him and the farm he works for. The owner came out while I was gone, and had some sort of trailer with his hoses on it (per wife and kids), parked in our driveway in front of our rolling basketball pole. They did a good job with cleaning, and seemed to explain it to my wife fine, but that night I noticed our basketball pole had been hit by something big, and besides my father-in-law being over, no one else was at the house that day. I contacted the owner and he said he did not remember hitting anything... I could not prove it was he who broke our pole base (though it seems 99% likely). The owner did not follow-up with me on the lids I had asked him to get me a cost on (was going to pay him to get and install). I would not recommend AAA-1 to anyone.
