The dryer vent was still clogged because first 2 visits from this company just pushed it all into a 45 degree elbow. We never needed to replace our original dryer or the second new dryer. We did not need to be without a dryer for nearly a month in between service calls and dryer deliveries. A colossal waste of time, money, and resources. Do yourself a favor and pass on this provider.
