I rented a car and called and just before starting the travel i called Ed's office to confirm if rental car insurance (Liability, Collision and Roadside) is covered under my primary insurance. Agent named Michael talked to me. He said no, nothing is covered under my current insurance. Since he asked me to hold the phone to check the information, and also did not sound confident, I asked several questions just to make sure he knows what he is saying. I said, my previous insurance company covered so and so, are you sure. He said, no that is not covered. Eventually, I needed to take the car back to airport, wait in the line to cancel my existing rental contract, go for new contract and pay additional ~$325 for insurance + roadside. My family (wife, 2yrs old, 7 yrs old) kept waiting in car for me to finish all procedures. I sasted 4 important hours out of my travel time (you can imagine 2 yr old's situation sitting in car while I am taking care of business). When I came back to home, I just wanted to cancel the policy and go for the one that covers rental car insurance. Now when I called Ed's office the answers are changed. Yes, they do cover rental car insurance. Came apologies. Jason (manager) said Michael is new so he gave wrong answers but "we can not do anything to compensate my loss". Apologies. Simple...! And the best part is.. I don't have any other option than accepting apologies, accepting monitory loss, time loss, accept mental pain to me and my family. Hope new guy Michael learned lesson on my cost.

They were very friendly and took the time to help me be comfortable with what I was getting. However, it seems I was limited to only a few cars that were all SUV or bigger; I hate these cars and never reserve them, but to help them out in whatever their situation was, I was willing to sacrifice (especially during Holy Week). The options included a Nissan Rogue and Kia Sorento, but I was not going with the Kia due to the thefts that have been going on. So, I went with the rogue. I was not thrilled with the service given here as the rogue smelled either like marijuana or some other kind of smoke, which was very nauseating, and the gas wasn't even filled up all the way. I don't even know if the tried to get the smell out, but they did fill the tank for me upon my request, and all this took practically a half hour to get me the car. It was a rough time. The way the rogue drove was good, but you could tell it had seen better days -- the inside was seemingly messy and stained throughout; doesn't seem like this car got a lot of attention prior to coming to me for renting. Now you may be asking at this point why did I rate it a 5? When I got back and told the manager, Bryce, what had happened, he was very kind about the situation and took off a good chunk of the bill and a provided a good discount on my next rental, which I did appreciate and was good customer service that you don't see a whole lot anymore these days. This makes me at least more comfortable renting with them again in the future.

I called repeated times to be given excuses: call back at 3:30 , one just went out, if one comes back it has to be cleaned and maintenance oil change if necessary, no cars on the lot, you can go to another Enterprise, vacation time and didn't you hear what happened in Cleveland? I left it with maybe I'll hear from you but I doubt it. Returned car a day late because I was with my mother who was dying and then find out when I check my bank account I had been charged for one day. No communication from office whatsoever. I reached out to Customer Service twice with no reply. Enterprise treated me horribly, was not honest and it will be hard to use their services ever again even if it is where my insurance company sends me.

I had absolutely no issue with Nate's office until I received a letter saying that my insurance had…read morebeen dropped, because I didn't respond to an inquiry about a possible driver exposure.(Apparently State Farm has a division which proactively tries to find people who may be driving your vehicles) the person they mentioned lives 1400 miles away and has never lived in this state. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, however I called Nate's office and they explained that State Farm should send a letter to the customer and the customer has to respond to the letter. I was livid and tried to call State Farm directly. I ended up being transferred to another local office and they were kind enough to explain that Nate should have contacted us to let us know, he had two weeks to do so and no one even bothered, no emails, no missed calls, nothing. I called one more random office before assuming this was the case as I had two different stories. I called a third office and they said that basically Nate's office completely dropped the ball on this. When I called to talk to Nate he was irate, yelling and refused to take responsibility. He is an absolute mess and if you value your coverage I would find someone who is matute enough to take accountability when they screw up, I was driving without insurance for 10 days before they even bothered to communicate. Again I never had a problem with him until this point and it had been 10 years or more so he seemed to be a great agent. If you want to know about a person's character, wait until they screw up and see how they react.

I made an appointment here with David W. He is very patient…read moreand helpful. He even offered refreshments. Five stars for David w. 0 stars for H&R hidden pricing and 1 star for management. H&R block is currently running a promotion that is 1/2 off your taxes if you switch to their service. However, if you file 2 at the same time it fails to recognize you as a new customer. After sitting in their office for 3.25 hours the manager told me I suddenly didn't qualify for the promotion, but he would reduce the total of $650 to $550. I told him that I was quoted a different price of $101 each file before we started the process. I'd informed them of what I had to file and that is what I was quoted. He feigned ignorance and said that was the best he could do or I could put one on hold and file one today. I feel for David who spent so much time preparing the files, but not so bad that I will pay $650+tax instead of $202+Tax. H&R Block needs to improve and be more upfront instead of wasting so much of people's time. Now I won't even use their online services because of my experience here today. If you do decide to use their service at this location be aware that their is free parking in the back lot directly behind the building. You can also do drop off service.
