I have called Rob on many occasions and asked questions regarding policy coverage and he's always responded quickly and thoroughly. Through my car shopping experience, I would send Rob pics of VIN numbers and he would give me quotes within a couple of hours. I have had two accidents and Rob got me the best premium, much lower than all the other agencies I contacted. He provided me with the right coverage for a great price. I loved my California AAA, but now I'm in Ohio using AAA Auto Club Indemnity Company. REPEATEDLY they have failed to process my auto-payment leaving me with NO insurance, but here's the kicker! They don't call me, they don't email me... they send me a letter in the US mail!!!! Multiple time I have been driving with NO insurance. Last month, September, my rep did email and call me while I was in Mexico and she was able to process my payment and assured me it would NOT happen again. Low and behold, happened again this month. I had been driving for 3 days without insurance. Had to cancel our anniversary dinner so I could try to make a payment on a Saturday at 6pm which no one at AAA was available after hours to help me. I logged into the portal to make an online payment, the portal couldn't even find my policy!!!! I went online to Geico and got a temporary insurance so I wasn't held hostage in my house until Monday. This is awful... after all these years to be forced to cancel my insurance like this. If you are on the east coast, I DO NOT recommend you using AAA of any branch. They left me extremely vulnerable. What would have happened if I was in a car accident and hurt someone or myself (forget about the car!). Shame on you AAA, SHAME ON YOU!

This review is for the Farmers Insurance Company not the agent Angel Feliciano who is a good agent…read more My problem is with the company itself. Last December I let my auto insurance expire and had already insured my cars with another insurance company. New insurance began on day Farmers Insurance expired. Unknown to me Farmers Insurance kept my auto insurance in force for a full month past expiration day and then sent me a bill for $113.16. On the bill it said that I did not have to pay if I had insurance in force on day my Farmers Insurance expired, all I had to do was send proof of insurance to my insurance agent. I sent proof of my new insurance along with the bill. A month later I get another bill from Farmers Insurance. At this point I sent proof of insurance directly to Agent Angel Feliciano hoping this would solve the problem. It has not, I now receive monthly bills from a collection agency. I will not pay this bill for extended insurance I did not request. I never had an auto insurance company keep my insurance policy in force after it expired. I would not recommend Farmers auto Insurance to anyone.
