I had a Renter's policy when I moved back to OH and Rob helped me make the best choice for a plan that would fit my needs. I have had my car covered and just leased a new car this week. Rob has always been quick to return a call, usually available immediately. Being a first time home owner, he explained my options and coverage needs in detail. I have called Rob on many occasions and asked questions regarding policy coverage and he's always responded quickly and thoroughly. Through my car shopping experience, I would send Rob pics of VIN numbers and he would give me quotes within a couple of hours. I have had two accidents and Rob got me the best premium, much lower than all the other agencies I contacted. He provided me with the right coverage for a great price. Rob has more than exceeded my expectations and I would (and have) recommended him to my friends and family. I work in Corporate Retail Risk Services and have to admit I'm not easily impressed or even pleased with service or quality, but Rob more than meets my expectations. I loved my California AAA, but now I'm in Ohio using AAA Auto Club Indemnity Company. REPEATEDLY they have failed to process my auto-payment leaving me with NO insurance, but here's the kicker! They don't call me, they don't email me... they send me a letter in the US mail!!!! Multiple time I have been driving with NO insurance. Last month, September, my rep did email and call me while I was in Mexico and she was able to process my payment and assured me it would NOT happen again. Low and behold, happened again this month. I had been driving for 3 days without insurance. Had to cancel our anniversary dinner so I could try to make a payment on a Saturday at 6pm which no one at AAA was available after hours to help me. I logged into the portal to make an online payment, the portal couldn't even find my policy!!!! I went online to Geico and got a temporary insurance so I wasn't held hostage in my house until Monday. This is awful... after all these years to be forced to cancel my insurance like this. If you are on the east coast, I DO NOT recommend you using AAA of any branch. They left me extremely vulnerable. What would have happened if I was in a car accident and hurt someone or myself (forget about the car!). Shame on you AAA, SHAME ON YOU!
