A couple of months ago, my husband and I went into the store and ordered blinds. Our salesperson was Ramona. She took our order and scheduled a worker to come to our condo to take measurements. The guy who took measurements told us it would take 4-6 weeks to get the blinds installed. When the installer came this morning, one of the five blinds was 16 inches off. For a 30 inch window, the blind was only 14 inches wide. The installer called the office and and explained the problem to Ramona. He then put me on speaker and she basically said everyone makes mistakes and told the installer to install the ones that were the correct size and she'd order another one. I told her and the installer that I did not want it done if one window would be without a blind. I explained that we are having an open house tomorrow and the partial installation would look terrible. Ramona kept dismissing me and was pretty insistent that the guy should install what was available. I was so aggravated and asked the guy to just take the supplies and go. I felt bad that he was stuck in the middle. He came back about 20 minutes later and politely asked if he could take pictures of our windows because the guy who did the measurements couldn't quite remember our lanai. I would never use this company again. Ramona's customer service ends the day she takes your 50% deposit. read more

I had AAA Blinds give me an in home estimate for A few Savannah shutters. They were lower priced than two other window treatment companies. They gave me an installation date and stuck to it. Extremely poor customer service. The wrong dimension shade came in for my window. AAA would not accept responsibility for their mistake. In fact, I discovered that Hunter Douglas doesn't even make the shade in the dimensions that they took the order for. Unfortunately I was not available when the shade was installed, as I never would have accepted it. They were non responsive on the phone, and the owner was extremely argumentative in person. I should have disputed the charge with the credit card company immediately. I would NEVER do business with them again" read more

On the fourth visit...yes, there was a fourth visit...the installer was 2.5 hours late. When he did finally arrive, he sat in his vehicle for 10 minutes on his cell phone. I am so disgusted with this business. NEVER purchase anything from this company! read more

Horrible! I called this morning to ask if they had a vertical blind that would possibly fit an area behind crown molding that did not have a lot of space. When he offered a honeycomb blind and I said I wasn't interested in that, but a vertical, he cut me short, said he could not help and basically hung up..... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.... this company is not customer focused on the phone, so I can only imagine what they would be like in person. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by Dale and how he spoke to me. On December 28, 2017, I had plantation shutters and blinds installed in my new home. The installer was late and brought his son to the job because he was on winter break. As the installer went to drill the plantation blind in my bedroom window, he stopped the job to call me over. He asked me if I knew that I had a crack in the top part of the bedroom window. I told him that I knew that there was no crack in the window. When the installer left, I immediately spoke to Romona to inform her that my window was cracked by the installer. I sent her a picture of my cracked window as proof, although she never requested one. She told me that Dale was on vacation and would return my phone call when he gets back. I received a call the following day from Dale. I explained the same situation to him about my bedroom window being cracked by his installer. Dale became very defensive of his installer and was very argumentative with me. To make a long story short, Dale did not support my situation and insisted to support his installer. Now I need to pay for a broken window that I know was not broken to begin with. Please do not use him and I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. read more
