Every booth has at least 15 things that I love, 8 that I'd actually buy, 4 I can afford, and 1 I can't live without. That's how they get me. Be wary of presented "gifts" or "store credits" in your purchase which are unexplained and can boost up the purchase price. Everything has a cost that may not (and in my case) be explained by sales or management. Having a grievance with my mattress purchase one month earlier and high inflated cost to exchange, I was told by the Naples management that it was a corporate decision to resolve. Once I spoke with corporate, they told me that the local management actually madethe final denial of billing adjustments.

The sales ladies were kind and nice in assisting me in quest for a much softer, inexpensive Queen size mattress. This effort went unsuccessful. The one thing i would like to add in general on behalf of mattress stores, they should price in or even accept your trade-in of a previous mattress like a Car Dealership does. This is a business and they handle mattresses better than we do. If i was an employee there, this would be a Board Meeting winning idea id enter in with before joining! Consumers would shop at the mattress store knowing they'd take their previous mattress as far as discounting the price. Always wise to be conciliatory to the consumer securing more sales that way too! :)
