Ended up joining AAA and paying for same day service which was less than a third of what M&S was going to charge me. Avoid the hassle, just call AAA.

We have been going to this shop for 18+ years. My car was making some noises and I didn't feel safe in it. I dropped it off on a Friday and they told me it was in need of brakes badly. The owner was able to squeeze me in and get my brakes done that way I was in a safe vehicle. I couldn't appreciate this more. They always help us out in a pinch and always give us the right value for what we are paying for. If you need mechanic work and you're in the Guilford area, Guilford Texaco is the way to go!

They also no longer respond locally for AAA roadside service, which is a shame as they were very good.

If you value your vehicle, and good business practices, take my advice and look for another towing company. They are not to be trusted
