Requested service and he said it would take 30 minutes. maybe 45 minutes later we call back and the same man answers as if it's his home and we ask for a status update and he claims the taxi should be pulling up any minute and says it must be the traffic. No taxi ever came and after an hour, we attempt to call back to cancel. This time a woman answered and she says something about not being able to hear and hangs up. we try repeatedly to call back to ensure no one would come since we wanted to cancel. the line just kept cutting off and no one answered. we didn't even need to extend this courtesy of canceling since there was no taxi to cancel. it seems they never dispatched a driver in the first place. i wonder if this is a legit business! I know the company has been around for decades, but the ride-share biz must've done a number on their quality!

Yes, this a a very hit-or-miss company. Sometimes they can be ready to pick you up in as little as ten minutes, sometimes they take 45 minutes. The last time I got a ride from them (to the BWI airport), it was about ten minutes past their quoted arrival time of 35 min, so I called them asking what the delay was. They said they called me and I didn't pick up, so they left. I never received a call, so I asked them what number they dialed and it turned out not to be anywhere close to my phone number, so they came back. I have no idea how that number was mistaken for mine. That was a few days ago. Today, I called this company three times and no one picked up, so I decided to write a deserving review for them.

They arrive ahead of time, have courteous and careful drivers, and clean vehicles. If they are meeting your plane, the driver will call your mobile phone and tell you where he is. When we asked for face mask use while Covid was still an issue, there was no problem. Heavy luggage was handled without comment. I usually ask for the price ahead of the trip. I think the website has a calculator based on miles, too. Most recent trip was Cab 38 two weeks ago.

I called an hour and a half before I needed the ride and was told the cab would be there on time. When it was 5 minutes late I called again, and the dispatcher said that the driver wanted my phone number. Then he hung up on me.The driver called me and said he would be 20-30 minutes. I told him that would make me late. He said "just call the doctor and tell him you'll be late. Doctors are always late." The doctor was unable to be flexible and canceled the appointment. When I called the dispatcher back and told him my appointment was canceled because the driver was late, he said, "what do you want me to do about it?" I do not recommend this service. The only option to change tickets is 3 hours before departure and that is of no assistance when your bus never shows up. No customer service is available after 5pm Friday and the tracker is not accurate so you are left stranded with no way of knowing if the bus is even coming.
