I know State Farm is one insurance company to most people but there are many State Farm agents. My dad was with someone else and told me to go to him and no one else. Well u know grandma'a they always do what they want. Especially mine. So I found the car I wanted and my grandma was with me. the dealer told me the stuff I needed to get before I can drive off with it. I wanted that car that very moment. Well my grandma made it happen with amazing help from Cindy Fletcher at State Farm. It was getting late but somehow Cindy made it happen. Especially when most people leave the office either right at 5pm or a couple minutes sooner and if there is a call most people wouldn't answer thinking it might take to long and have to leave later. This wasn't that case with her at all. I don't know if my grandma paid over the phone or what happened but the dealer came back with the keys and I signed some papers and was on my way. This might be long but it's important. I stayed with her with every car I had. Well my grandma wanted a new one and lease it because of her age and she rarely drives. So she let me have her old car, which only had about 55,000 miles and it's an older car but fully loaded. Any how, my grandma passed away last thanksgiving. It was a huge loss to me and then all of a sudden I had so much responsibility and stress and bills and a lot more and that's not including planning a funeral and there a lot of things u must do. During this I called Cindy and needed a lot of help. My car was still in my grandmas name. She gave me the title to changes it years before but I let it go not thinking this could happen. Plus the leased vehicle and now house insurance. Cindy told me to come in and we would figure it all out. When I went in I was scared and nervous and still very upset about loosing my grandma. Her receptionist was extremely kind but Cindy came out and greeted me at the door as well. I assumed the girl up front would buzz her or go and tell her I was there. Cindy coming out and greeting me was very nice. We went to her office and she had already done a lot of the work for me. Which felt good because I couldn't stop crying and was embarrassed and I thought I'd be there for hours. I do feel she went above and beyond to help me in the situation and also talked to me about my loss and it felt good to hear what she said. She helped me a lot more then she had to. So I would recommend her to everyone. She is smart and has a great memory and had contacted me to help with other things. Plus they offer more things. They offer credit cards at good rates, life insurance which is very cheap. Since my mom is ill and can't work or make money, life insurance on me would be the only way for my mom to survive. I know so any places offer it. But at the low cost and the large amount my mom would get. I couldn't pass it up. so I was referred to Chad, I went to his office a few times ( I am old school and like to meet and…read morespeak with people) I finally found him and explained what I wanted and that I wanted to sign paperwork in person. I signed up for homeowners insurance with him and he gave me a quote for auto insurance. I wasn't ready to finalize the auto insurance and asked him to call me in a few days. He Never got back with me-I called him Again- and again-he texted me a few days later with an excuse -his daughter had issues and he couldn't get back with me. Ok, I waited a few weeks, drove to his office twice ( not there) then Tried to contact him Again - no response. then after paying for homeowners insurance, in full for 6 months, I was charged $109 from my account. I Tried to contact Chad Again ‍- after several attempts I got a text from him saying he was dealing with his son's car trouble and would look into my issue And get back to me soon- He never did- I did and figured it out, after on hour on the phone with AAA. He had me sign a EFT - I should have read it and he should have told me. and since he Never did His job to contact me so I could sign up for auto insurance, I was charged an additional fee because I didn't Bundle! Totally Chads fault! Are you serious? I've raised 2 sons-( both Doctors) Never did I use them to tell someone that they are the reason why I didn't do my job! Then I went directly to AAA- I wanted to make sure Chad wasn't going to make any $ from me- Oh, he's an independent contractor and I can't switch to another AAA agent unless I cancel Worthless Chad and wait 6 months. Mike has been the one who has recommended what insurance coverages and carriers I should use and the proof to me is always in claims handling. When we had a significant basement flood last year, we submitted to the carrier he had recommended, Citizens, and the claim service we received was beyond exceptional.
